Purchased based on very satisfied experiences by two neighbors who utilized Generacs during electricity outages caused by hurricanes Katrina and Ike.

So far so good. As yet we have not had the opportunity to use it. Am hoping for a power outage just to irritate a nosy neighbor.

The Generac generators are top shelf. I don't know how some folks live without them. I recommend the purchase of peace of mind.

I've had this product for 7 months and have had to use it once. It operated flawlessly and powered the entire house for at least two hours.

This unit is a truly outstanding. It has already been there when we were not, in over 8 different power outages, saving us hundreds of dollars.

Price was fair, people were professional, installers were clean and helpful, product works as advertised.

My guess is we just purchased a great insurance policy for our neighbors, in that, we may never lose power again! But we're in good shape if we do!

SYSTEM HAS WORKED WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS FOR THE PAST YEAR IN THE MOUNTAINS OF NORTH CAROLINA. THE COLD WEATHER HAS BEEN NO PROBLEM THIS WINTER.
