I purchased/ installed the 24KW Generator to power the whole house in the event of Storm outages during hurricane season. I have yet had to use it for house power, but confident it will work as advertised.

We bought our generator a month ago and are very pleased. We had a problem free Generac generator in our previous home that we were very happy with, which lead us to buying another in our new home.

We love this product....We had a faulty part that was trouble for almost a year but after it was narrowed down and replaced....the 22kw runs like a dream. It's a wonderful item.

Bought it 2 years ago and has only run for a 6 hour planned outage. Feel it's a very capable generator. Electric grid is pretty reliable so hopefully it won't get much opportunity to run.

Haven't lost power since it was installed but the security of knowing I'll have uninterrupted power is immeasurable. In addition the supplier/installer, Gen Ready, is excellent!

In my previous residence, I installed a Generac generator, and its reliability has consistently been exceptional. Furthermore, the maintenance process is straightforward and hassle-free. I have encountered no issues whatsoever with the Generac generator, making it a highly recommended investment.

We have 2 homes. One is a small ranch in the country that has 10 other people on the power leg. It is not uncommon to have power outages frequently. During an ice storm power was out for 2 weeks. Not mine! The other home is a lake home which also takes a long time for power to return to normal. Bottom line is we will not have home with out a generator. We use the 22K on propane. The ranch has 2 large a/c units, 2 upright freezers and 2 refrigerators. The generator runs the whole house just fine.

I bought this magnificently engeneered machine in February this year. My neighbours and friends made fun of me, saying that I didn't need a generator for the entire house. The thing is, I work from home online. No power = no revenue. I own five pets. No power = no drinking water because I have a surface well. No power = no drinking water (for humans too), no flushing, no showering nor bathing. Since the installation a month ago, we have had five power outages which would have cost me five days of work. The transition to the generator power is absolutely seamless, in fact, I was not aware of any of those outages, happily working away in my home office...I learned through the neighbours' complaining about the length of time it took to reestablish power. On a couple of occasions, I could hear a 'lawnmower' going and thought to myself 'who on earth would mow the lawn under three feet of snow! Only then did I realize that the lawnmower noise was actually the generator doing its job! lol I am so glad I did not listen to my neighbours and friends! I rated four stars only because there was a set back with the installation date.

Our Generac was installed new, at the end of February and we are really excited to have it. Although the power has not failed as of yet we feel more secure having the backup/emergency power. I have been disabled for 10 years now and having to lug around a portable generator only to run a fridge and furnace fan was getting very hard to manage for me. Now I can sleep a lot better knowing all that and more will be working as it should when commercial power is not available.

Just installed and completed and we have no issues. Had to leave our first Generac at the old house and now have the new and improved version. The simplicity of managing is great, have recommended to our neighbors and they are being installed and ordered as I type.
