This new mixer is just great and what I expected from Kitchenaid. Took a little getting use to the lift bowl type and still not sure I like it as well as the tilt head but it does a great job mixing with very little effort.

My wife does a lot of baking and cooking in general, she instantly fell in love with this and loved all the extras it came with. It makes cooking so much easier and does most of the work for you. its heavy duty so we know it will last, works strong, and has easy-to-use speed levels. It came perfectly packaged, easy to handle, and well-protected. I would highly recommend this and is a MUST-HAVE for any kitchen.

I love that the mixer lifts for easier access. I like that you can buy different attachments that you can use to make pasta, pastries or even grind meat. It comes with a flat beater, dough hook and 6 wire wise. The color is nice also.

It makes trying new recipes fun. I make homemade yeast rolls, but the arthritis in my hands makes it difficult to knead the dough. The dough hook has been a game changer for me. I am so glad I made this purchase.

I have made bread with the dough hook and it comes out perfect every time. The flat beater is great for making cookie dough. I love that the beater and dough hook are coated as my previous ones were not so I couldn’t wash them in the dishwasher without them turning black. The small bowl and mini whip are perfect for beating eggs. This mixer is much quieter than my other mixers which is very nice. This mixer is such a step up and I appreciate the power and ability to use this stand mixer for all my baking needs. I highly recommend this KitchenAid 5.5 quart mixer!
