First one I got does not work out of the box and was used. It was delivered from club. Returned and got a new one, worked for 30 sec. Not even mixing the ingredients. Just got a refund. So much hassle just to get a lemon. Hopefully kitchenaid can sort their quality control.

I'm about to first one excited to have my own KitchenAid but during the first time using it, it stopped working after a minute of it and use and didn't turn on again. we even troubleshooted it like it says in the manual and it didn't turn on. I then exchanged it for another one and it survived the first use. when we tried using it the second time, I turned the handle to lift the bowl up and it collapsed. I went back to get my refund to get the Tilt head one since this has shown it's not reliable. would not recommend to others.

Absolutely heartbroken and disappointed. This was an early Christmas present and not even a minute into mixing cookie dough it just stopped and wouldn’t start up again. We did all the troubleshooting and nothing. Cleaned it up and exchanged it for a different one. Brought that one home and again not even a minute into mixing cookie dough and it stopped. It’s not my outlet as everything else works fine on it. Extremely disappointed and will be returning this one and not trying another one.

Used this mixer i waited all year for exactly once! It stopped working before cookie dough was finished. A mere small batch and mixer just quit! IT was immediately taken back to Sam's where it was purchased. There was another on the cou n ter just brought back. Yet another waiting to return one. I did get another but dont have much hope. Supposedly the gears etc are a mess due to products used. What's up kitchen aide? This is sad.

This KitchenAid replace my old one that is 42 years old and still works.I really wanted a new one and this model is just wonderful!! I love the color (Mineral Water). All the extra bowls and attachments are a dream!! I am SO happy with my new KitchenAid aka Bertha!!!

I absolutely love this mixer. It replaced my 22 year old kitchenaid. The bowl is larger and rounder. it mixes beautifully and efficiently, even at lower speeds. I haven't had to stop and scrape things down like I have in the past. The attachments are larger which I really like. The whisk attachments are wider and balloon shaped to geive a higher lift. I purchased the teal one and I love it. I don't understand why some people are leaving negative reviews.

I was so excited for this mixer and it broke my heart to have to return it but I was halfway through a batch of cookie dough, turned it off to add the chocolate chips, and it just died. Wouldn’t turn back on. In-store wouldn’t allow for an even exchange so I just returned it and bought a used one on Facebook. It’s a known issue and from what I’ve read, KitchenAid will make it right but I didn’t feel like dealing with the back and forth.

very cheaply made. It looks like a cheap knock-off version of a KitchenAid. Not at all the quality you would expect. The bowl lift is clunky, noisy and get stuck. attachments were missing, very poorly packaged. I will never recommend KitchenAid to anyone ever again. I will never purchase one ever again. returning this item immediately. do not recommend.

I love my Bowl-Lift mixer. I just wish there were more attachments available for it like the Flex-Edge beater and the bowl covers.

They were out of them at the store, i ordered one from them andcit came when they said it would days before Christmas.
