[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had these headphones for over a year now, and I LOVE THEM! I recommend them to everyone- especially women. As a woman, I like to know what’s going on around me when I’m on walks or at the grocery store, but I also want to listen to music. Noise cancelling headphones never allowed me to be fully aware of my surroundings, so I chose to try these out! I love being able to wear them for hours at a time, they are extremely comfortable. The only reason I knocked them down to 4 stars, is there is connectivity issues sometimes. Sometimes the left and right earbuds will fail to match up, and I’ll be hearing double the audio, or the audio will crack. It typically fixes itself in a matter of minutes, just slightly annoying to have to disconnect and reconnect and put them back in the case, and then put them back in again. Sometimes I have to do that process a couple times. But still, I love these and I do not regret my purchase!

I use them mainly for casual listening but the thing that made me purchase them were the reviews on how well they stay in your ear when working out. I can say that they work very well and stay on throughout your workouts. It's also convenient that you can be listening to music and still be aware of your surroundings! The sound quality is amazing and the app is easy to use as well, different features and listening modes depending on your movement and how you want your audio to sound. I wish I bought these sooner! 5 stars!

They worked great to listen to music or watch a movie while blocking the high noise level from the engines. Just a tap when I want to communicate with the "aware" setting. Now, I use them for all my yardwork, whether mowing or string trimming I only hear the music from my cellphone. The fit was easily done with the supplied selection of tips. Battery life is also great for many hours in the air or working in my yard. I highly recommend these earbuds.

I only gave 4 stars because I sometimes have connections issues. They stop connecting to my iPhone for a period of time and then reconnect after an hour or so. I've contacted Bose and they have offered to exchange them. As long as they reconnect I'll keep the ones I have. They no longer offer the lilac chill and I love the color!! If you are thinking if you should buy these, buy them you won't be disappointed.

The noise cancellation is definitely a lower quality than some of their other earbuds, which the price point does accurately reflect, but they still provide quality sound and work just fine.

The ear buds don't charge well and can when they do charge only one wants to work. When they both work they die in about 10 mins.
