[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a pair of quiet comfort ultra earbuds that fell out of my ear and broke in half. Found out they were no longer under warranty. I liked the quality of the buds but was disappointed that the first time they fell out of my ear they broke. So I did buy a pair of the standard quiet comfort. Maybe because I had the ultra first but I’m not very impressed with these ones.

There is a need for a set of earbuds dedicated to just complete noise cancelation for sleeping. QC 's accomplish noise cancellation but sometimes are interrupted by picking up sound. Also, the earpieces for pure noise cancellation earbuds must be small enough to not be uncomfortable when side sleeping. rusting in Bose quality for such a design.

I like the feature to hear other surrounding noise sometimes, however I recently heard someone I didn't know singing next to me to my tunes in public because they could hear my play list. It was awkward to say the least.

I really like the Bose products that I have purchased. The only problem that I have with them is that my right one keeps falling out. I would like to see a product from Bose with the over the ear retention option. Not the open ear style because then I loose the ANC functions.

I bought these earbuds a few weeks ago since I like to walk and hear what's going on around me but also have music. For this task alone, these are great! They are super comfortable and easy to connect. However for talking any calls or using for video calls, not great. I've been told my voice sounds like I'm in a tin can compared to my other headphones.

I've been a Beats wireless earbud user for years but after my last pair unexpectedly died on me, I decided to make the switch. Bose Ultra Open Earbuds were a fantastic transition for me especially with small ear canals. These stay comfortably snug through workouts, traveling through the airport or just a Teams Meeting with great sound. My husband was easily convinced to get a pair too!

Just what i was looking for! Earbuds that I can wear with no discomfort. Sound quality is good and I like being able to hear what's going around me but just with little speakers right in my ears. As others have said, you wouldn't want these if you are in a super loud environment or want to shut out other sounds. But these are perfect for me!

These are excellent! I bought them because the pods kept falling out of my ears. And they deliver in many ways! So comfortable, the way they gently atttach to your ears, the sound quality and the fact you can hear what’s going on around you. You need to buy these now. Another great Bose product!

I've had one of these for a while and love them, but when the new colors dropped I had to get it right away. The only thing I wish was improved was the connectivity. One always seems to connect faster than the other. I also have an issue sometimes (rarely) where the audio would stop, but say its still playing on my phone.

I am currently living in a hospital and find myself in need of earplugs, headphones, and a blutooth headset. These can fill all those roles. I can play white noise/music or use them in gaming or just put them in quiet mode an enjoy the silence. Way to go Bose, you've done it again!
