I have had the worst experience with these headphones the connection sucks, this is my 4th pair and still having issues with people hearing me, they either breaking up during conversations or I sound muffled like I'm far away talking making it difficult for them to understand me. I love the style but the connection is horrible for phone calls I will not be looking to invest in another pair of bose

I have had this Earbuds for a couple of weeks and use them every day. PRO - sound is great and clear - fit is easy and secure - the speed of and amount of charge in the hanging case for the buds is unexpectedly adequate CON - instructions are sparce - I cannot get the buds to answer an incoming phone call - The charging case could use wireless charging option

My Wife bought these after her first pair in white got stolen, so it shows that Bose does have a winner here! My wife loves her new purple version and loves the sound quality and the fact she can hear others trying to talk to her while wearing these. They are comfortable as well.

I bought these about a month ago and I love being able to hear all around me when I'm wearing them. They work one at a time on either side as well. They sound very lovely, and I listen to everything from rock to opera to folk music all in one sitting. I would have given them 5 stars except the clicking controls and I don't work very well together.

I bought these earbuds last month looking for a replacement for my Galaxy Buds. The adjustable earlobe wrap-around design offers incredible long-wear comfort with superior sound quality. A charge lasts around 4 hours, and the case provides several full recharges before needing to be charged itself. The one minor difference I enjoyed with the Galaxy Buds was the case could be charged wirelessly using the charging feature on the S25+ phone.

as someone who has never been able to wear earbuds without them falling out of my ear.. these are awesome! 4 stars because the call quality isnt great & the design could be better as far as placement of the speaker. otherwise the sound while playing music is very good. these earbuds are so comfortable i sometimes forget I have them in. you can hear the music and everything around you which is great for busy city streets. if bose ever makes these with noise cancelling or a way to adjust the length for better fit.. i will buy the updated versions. highly recommend for people that can't wear regular earbuds.. do not recommend for people that make frequent calls or need them to communicate for work video chats.

This is my fourth purchase of the Bose Carbon Blue because I don’t ever want to be without them. Probably my 12th purchase overall of the Utras. They are the perfect combination of sound, awareness, comfort and COLOR. I have been diligently looking for a worthy replacement to my Backbeats from Plantronics as I have exclusively been a fan of open ear devices for workouts and while I’m out and about. Although not good for airplanes, I will, once again, make my pitch that Bose make the QC ULTRA Gen 2’s in CARBON BLUE! Please, ya gotta do it.

I love them for walking because I can hear the sounds of the cats. I also have Bose over the ear head phones that I use to cancel all the noise and boy does it. Getting back to this type the sound could be louder but doesn’t work well with phone calls at all! And that sucks cause I would like to talk on the phone while walking! It is comfortable to wear.

They are comfortable, the sound quality is better than the knock off versions I've owned but the Bluetooth connectivity is lacking and the battery does not stay charged for more than 4hrs. Which is actually worse than the cheap ones. On my Jlab open ear headphones the stay charged for 2-3 days of use and they connect to multiple Bluetooth devices. Not really sure what to do here as these are 4x as expensive as competitors.

I bought my Bose QuietComfort Earbuds, a couple of weeks ago, and I love them… when I want complete silence, I have it, and when I want to listen to Court TV while I am at work, I can hear it clearly. This is my first pair of Bose earbuds and I am sure this won’t be my last pair. My ears do not hurt with long term wear. I am allowed to listen to anything I want while at work, as long as I have earbuds. My Apple earbuds hurt my ears from long term wear. I do not get that with my Bose earbuds..
