I have had this Earbuds for a couple of weeks and use them every day. PRO - sound is great and clear - fit is easy and secure - the speed of and amount of charge in the hanging case for the buds is unexpectedly adequate CON - instructions are sparce - I cannot get the buds to answer an incoming phone call - The charging case could use wireless charging option

These are awesome earbuds. The comfort and sound is beyond what I thought they would be. For almost the same price as AirPods, these are a way better product. As for the battery life, they last days without recharging. I bought a pair for my daughter who was always about AirPods, and she loves the battery life and sound quality of these over the AirPods.

I love the cuffed earbuds because of how they stay in place on my ear. The musical sound is amazing, The music is clear and the volume is adjustable. I love listening to music on them and exercising. BUT the sound and volume when talking, such as answering the phone is very low and the volume adjustment is poor. I have looked up how to adjust the volume for talking and I did everything suggested and it remains uncomfortably low. i feel like I have to strain to have a simple conversation. I do not have that issue with my Bose overear headphones. It is perplexing because the music volume is phenomenal but the taking volume is trash.

This was my second time purchasing these, which essentially summarizes my review. I am a big fan of open ear designs, beginning with Bose's first generation several years ago. If you wear glasses in particular just buy these as there are no conflicts as with ear hooks. You quickly learn how to put them on, it becomes second nature, and it is easy to forget they are on due to light weight and comfortable materials. Physical buttons are a big advantage, and each has a custom programmable setting. Volume is very good for most situations, but I do wish there was a way to boost in unusually noisy environments. Audiobooks on an airplane can be heard, but just barely. They are not designed to be noise cancelling obviously, I have over the ear high-end headphones for that. The case design is great, and it gives a sense of power remaining, but I wish it or the app showed the exact percentage of charge. I use mine every day and charge the case once a week or two only. I have never run out of power in the buds. No complaints at all. Sound quality excellent, microphone good in most situations. My first set survived several drops with only scuffs on the case, no loss of function. Bose.com purchase experience was excellent as it has been in the past.

I never would have spent this much on earbuds, but the sale price and the open style was something I was looking for. The sound quality is excellent, and they are very comfortable. My main concern is that the silicone piece, that wraps around your ear, is going to break after repetitive use. If this was to happen, and I have seen it happen before on other products of the same material, how do you replace it? My husband has the full headphones, and he has had to replace the earpieces twice due to the material cracking and disintegrating. I'm not even sure if you could purchase a replacement piece and for the cost of this, I in no way consider them disposable. They also seem to disconnect from my phone, and I keep having to delete them and then pair them again. I have rebooted by phone. Also, when I use them and then use them again later, all the settings have returned to the original factory settings. This is not after pairing them again. I like them very much, I just don't want to buy another pair a year or two down the road.

This is my second pair. I bought them so I can leave my white ones at work. I've been using them for almost 2 years and I have no regrets. They are so comfortable that I forget that I have them on. The sound is so full that in the right room, it sounds like there is a great speaker playing for endow to hear. The battery life is very good too.

Bought these on sale, I was a bit skeptical at first since they are open ear buds and these will be my first time owning a pair. I was not disappointed at all. Love the fact that I'm able to enjoy these earbuds at work. I do work in an environment where I have to constantly keep checking on my radio for any call outs. I'm able to enjoy my music while being able to hear around my environment. Only issue is the longevity of the ear buds themselves they last about 6 hrs. I do work 12hr shifts. Overall I do recommend these earbuds if you want to enjoy your music while being aware of your surroundings

This is my fourth purchase of the Bose Carbon Blue because I don’t ever want to be without them. Probably my 12th purchase overall of the Utras. They are the perfect combination of sound, awareness, comfort and COLOR. I have been diligently looking for a worthy replacement to my Backbeats from Plantronics as I have exclusively been a fan of open ear devices for workouts and while I’m out and about. Although not good for airplanes, I will, once again, make my pitch that Bose make the QC ULTRA Gen 2’s in CARBON BLUE! Please, ya gotta do it.

I have been looking for earbuds that do not go into my ear. After having an allergic reaction to apples, EarPods, it has been very difficult. I got one pair of these and loved them so I bought another pair! They are fantastic and the only thing that can be improved is by being able to also handle phone calls from them.

I felt like I was taking a chance when I bought these, and I am so glad I did! My first concern was my conch piercings. I wear hoops in them, and I was afraid they would get in the way, but they did not! Both open earbuds fit as they need to with no discomfort. On to the actual sound: wow! I am amazed they pack such a punch. I know the Bose brand is high quality, but with a unique open earbud like this, I was apprehensive. It was baseless. They sound incredible. I absolutely love that I can listen to my music at work, but still communicate with coworkers. I can play Pokemon Go with the sound on outside with friends, but not subject all of them to my phone volume. I absolutely love them.
