I have a slight obsession with headphones and earbuds, even more so since I switched to bone conduction for running. These aren't that, but they are amazing! Obviously they don't block noise, and they're not supposed to so a lot noise will result in an inability to hear your music/podcast/whatever. Traditional earbuds leave my ears feeling dirty because I generally am listening to something for most of the day (audiobooks, music, or Podcasts at any given time). These don't leave you Googling "how many hours is safe to wear noise cancelling earbuds?" Or "am I pushing earwax further into my ear with my earbuds?" But they are very comfortable (I forget they're there), surprisingly secure, and the sound quality, assuming you're in a reasonable area, is great! Expensive but worth the splurge.

Great earbuds. They have great clarity, options for customs sound and noise cancellation option. The different sizes of earbuds make it very comfortable. I like the options of colors, and ones that aren't the recently overdone warm tones. Only slightly frustrating thing is that after a Teams call, I lose sound. I have to exit and restart for the sound to come back.

Bought it like 3 weeks ago, the sound is amazing but the connection to my phone is horrible, I have to open and close the case, and try to connect them in settings, the microphone is ok, nothing too good, I was used to have my AirPods so the Bluetooth was perfect, they fit perfectly on my ear but they feel so plastic

I love the style of these earbuds! The sound is nice and very clear. I notice if you wear it all day your earlobe can get a little sore since it gets wrapped around. I wish when you pick up your calls that the calls would be louder and clear. That's the only downside I would say. Other than that, they are beautiful and love the sound quality and don't have to worry that I'll lose it like my Apple AirPods!

I love the cuffed earbuds because of how they stay in place on my ear. The musical sound is amazing, The music is clear and the volume is adjustable. I love listening to music on them and exercising. BUT the sound and volume when talking, such as answering the phone is very low and the volume adjustment is poor. I have looked up how to adjust the volume for talking and I did everything suggested and it remains uncomfortably low. i feel like I have to strain to have a simple conversation. I do not have that issue with my Bose overear headphones. It is perplexing because the music volume is phenomenal but the taking volume is trash.

They sound great. I really want to love them. But I am struggling with the fit. They don't seem to want to stay in my ears. Particularly the left side. They were bigger than I expected them to be but that wouldnt bother me if I could find the right fit.

The sound is great as expected from Bose. My one complaint is that i can’t control the volume from the earbuds. I have to use the volume from my phone.i was able to control the volume and skip song or replay from my previous Bose earbuds. I can’t do any of these functions from the earbuds.

I bought these open earbuds especially for work. We are not allowed to wear anything in the ear canal at work so these are perfect. The sound is just as clear as my in ear earbuds. The only downfall is receiving phone calls. It’s too difficult to hear the caller and they can’t hear me well either. These are NOT for receiving or making phone calls. But for listening to music or radio at work, these are perfect!

This is my 4th Bose headphone/earbud purchase, and the most disappointing. I'll start with the fact that these buds have their own separate app rather than being integrated into the "normal" app that I use for all the others. The earbud fit was less than comfortable and I found the sound quality average at best. I now own 14 pairs of headphones and earbuds and these will most likely end up being used sparsely at best.

I just got these the other day. I Was very skeptical about them. I am very pleasantly surprised. The sound quality is much better than I had hoped. They fit well and are comfortable. Takes a minute to get them in the right position but once they are on they stay in place.
