[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these about a month ago to use in a multi-person office. These earbuds give enough audio to drown out the chatter, while still being able to hear if my name is called.

Overall happy with the comfort and audio. My one gripe would be that the microphone quality could be better. Many times people/customer's can't hear me well enough so I have to turn the Bluetooth off.

I love my Bose Ultra Open Earbuds because they are comfortable and stay in place. They don't go in your ear, so they don't cause any pain or irritation.

I love their bass! The overall sound is excellent. My only complain may be that it seems to take a little to get the sound right. Also, I would like its battery to last at least another hour or two.

I bought this for my daughter about a month ago and she loves it. Music, but able to hear her surroundings. Her only wish is that I bought black so she could hide it in class. Smh

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It has a nice feel on my ears but sound is very low. Since it does not sit in the ear canal it makes listening to music to trap outside noise difficult.

The sound is great however I have had feedback that the microphone when on a call could be better. Sometimes people say it sounds like I am talking through a megaphone.
