I purchased this product expecting it to be nothing short of perfect, but... this issue only arises during phone calls; anyone who calls me cannot hear me unless I raise my voice to have a conversation while using my headphones.

I had purchased Bose Open Earbuds. I love the sound and the feel; but I am preparing for a flight. I knew I would miss QuietComfort Earbuds on a flight. So, I ordered the earbuds. Sometimes the quiet feature is as important as the sound.

love these earbuds! Only still getting used to the fact that it does not go into the ear cavity, it sits outside of it, but I'm blown away at the quality of sound it has! like I said, LOVE THEM!
