bought from day 1 it released and oh so satisfied for listening music. But need to improve for phone called. It always reflects that the other side from the call can't hear clearly.

Bought these about a month ago. They are incredibly comfortable. I’ve actually fallen asleep wearing them. Although the sound isn’t as great as inner ear Bose these fit me better and don’t fall out if you have a small inner ear.

I love Bose because of the sound and quality. I have several styles of Bose earbuds and headphones. I decided to try the open bud design and I love the ease of use and sound, but I wish they were adjustable for smaller ears.

I purchased the earbuds and can hardly hear my music, I thought BOSE was top of the line for excellent sound. Is there someone I can speak with directly to assist me in setting up my earpods?

These are the best fitting earbuds I have ever owned. The sound is so much better than any other earbuds I’ve owned and they stay in my ear where they belong.
