I got my earbuds for Christmas and te sound is amazing like all Bose products. My only complaint is the volume I would love if it was a little louder

I bought these a month ago and LOVE them! Very comfortable. I like that they go from aware to aware off (cuts out a good amount of noise while still being able to hear your surroundings) to quiet. Appreciate the extra battery life!

It’s very sensitive to touch especially when wearing a hoodie suring activity. It stops, skips, aware, quiet, searches for bluetooth on every graze of the fabric. The plastic case material feels and look cheap. But the sounds it produce is awesome.

Been using these for about a month now and love them. They are so comfortable and sound is very good for type of ear buds they are, at beginning calls were not so good but after update that issue was fixed. Great job Bose 👏🏽

GREAT all around, except wish that the battery life was more better…. feel like I get 4 hrs too w/ these…can’t make through a whole shift of 8hrs of work

call quality is bad. i can barely hear anyone speaking on the other side. true with multiple devices and calls. The person on the other end also is not able to hear properly

After some updates, great concept and sound. Bass could be higher, but can be adjusted a bit with equalizers. Have enjoyed so far and easy to use. Volume could also be higher, but still good.
