[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These ones are nice, however; I also purchased the clip on ones and nobody can hear me. I have take. All the steps on the help line but nothing works!!! So disappointed

I’ve had these for almost a month and I use them everyday on my runs. Overall I like them because I can still hear my surroundings, the only reason I didn’t give a 5 star is because the volume on them could use some improvement.

I bought these for my mom as a christmas present and she loves them so much she will not stop talking about how amazing they are and now I am planning on buying myself some as a birthday present in February!

Got these a couple weeks ago and am very happy with their performance. They are really comfortable to wear fir hours and the sound is great. I am impressed with the combination of the sound quality and being able to hear what's going on around me.

Returned. Left earbud would not charge completely at first, after a few days it would not charge at all. I cleaned the case and earbud, reset them, changed chargers. The left one just stopped working after a few days.

I love the fact that these don’t have to go into the ear! But they don’t seem to be as loud as thought they would be compared to the other Bose products

I love them for working out, I can hear traffic and things going on around me however, no one can hear me on a phone call so I am forced to switch to different ear buds. So I am going to have to return these sadly.
