I bought this product and it’s great for listening to music and long battery life but when you make phone calls they cut in and out and people on the other line can’t hear you that well

I made this purchase six months ago, but I am disappointed with this product. The Bluetooth functionality does not work properly during phone calls, resulting in poor sound quality for the person on the other end.

I purchased my Bose about a month ago and I really enjoy them. They are light and very comfortable. The only negative that I have is how they lack in volume. They are hard to hear when around loud machines.

Got these as a birthday gift and I sure love them. They are so comfortable and the sound is amazing. I like the fact they don’t interfere with my earrings. Couldn’t be happier with this product.

I don’t even know how long ago I bought them. they are amazing in every way I don’t use them for calls. Just for music and movies perfect. My wife has beats earbuds and she was jealous and wanted them.

This is my first pair of open earbuds and I like them, but I wish they would maybe extend more because everyone’s ear is shaped different. Maybe there could be like a little spring to adjust I guess.

It's a solid build but my issue is that the bud doesn't reach my ear enough. This makes the volume low unless I push it forward. Also, calls seem to be choppy for the person I'm talking to.

I thoroughly enjoy the listening experience with my Bose Earbuds. I should have purchased them before now. The quality is clear, crisp, distinctive and smooth.
