I like the fit, only earbuds I’ve been able to wear for more than 1 hr without my ears hurting. They are good and clear in a quiet environment. However in a commercial fab building with lots of different noises in the back ground they don’t work. The transmission speakers only pick up back ground noise. For they price they are a great fit, operationally they don’t work any better than $40 earbuds.

I bought these earbuds for my wife after researching several YouTube videos. Admittedly, my wife has never been able to find earbuds that fit comfortably -- until now. She loves them! They don't even feel like they're there. Hats off to Bose on the fit and design. I hope to get a pair for myself.

Definitely top tier, I run with them, study, perform chores and they do mold to any activity you're doing, from an active trail run to a calm night reading and hearing some relaxing music. After years of using ill-fitting AirPods, and more than one incident of chasing an AirPod down after it fell out of my ear, these earbuds have been a game changer. They don’t hurt my ears, they stay in place, and I don’t have to worry about taking them out to stop and talk to a neighbor or putting my safety at risk by not hearing an approaching vehicle. What a great product! I have owned multiple Bose Earbuds, including the QuietComfort Earbuds II and QuietComfort Ultra. The new QuietComfort Earbuds (2nd Gen) are just fantastic. This might sound odd, but they feel so light on the ears that I can wear them for hours without any discomfort. Bose products always have the best sound, but I am truly impressed with the audio quality of this product. I love that it comes with an adjustable EQ on the QCE app. I listen to a lot of music, but I have also been using these earbuds to listen to podcasts and watch live TV on my phone. They are incredibly easy to connect and use. I am pleased that they come with voice commands, and I am looking forward to testing this feature more in the next few days. Additionally, these earbuds are water and sweat resistant, making them perfect for my workouts. Although I miss the Immersion feature, the Quiet and Aware modes work flawlessly. The Quiet mode is especially effective in my chatty workroom of about 40 colleagues. I often keep the earbuds on even when I’m not listening to anything, just for the noise-canceling feature, and they do not bother me at all. I use different-sized ear tips for each ear, and they fit well on my oddly-sized ears. The battery life is relentless; it just lasts forever. I think I have only charged them twice so far because of how long the battery lasts. These earbuds, at their given price point, are perfect for everyday use but still pack the punch of high-quality earbuds in terms of sound, performance, noise cancellation, and comfort.

Overall they are so light i forget i have them on. I can hear around me with no worry of my surroundings.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using these for a few weeks now and I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE them! I've tried several others and no matter what I do, they fall out of my ears. These stay put. Even when you are moving around (which I do while working, which is where I primarily use these earbuds.) Dancing, exercising, just whatever body movements you may be doing, these say in place. In addition to the stay put factor, the fact that these don't sit directly in the ear, they don't get dirty from ear wax, making sharing them a little more tolerable. (If that's something you do.) One other check in the Pro column is that, even though they are 'over the ear' earbuds, they do not interfere with eye glasses or headbands. This was something I was initially worried about when I was shopping for them since I do wear glasses. Another bonus with them not being inside the ear, is that you don't get that inner noise. For example, with in the ear buds I've used, I can hear the beat of my footsteps or that bass noise when chewing. Things that that. You don't get that with these. The Bluetooth range is pretty good. Really, the only thing that some may consider a Con about these is that they aren't noise cancelling, so if that is something you are looking for these may not be for you, but for personal safety reasons, that is not something I want in an earbud.

I am disappointed with my new quiet comfort earbuds. I previously owed a set of QC 30 neckband earbuds that were awesome. Would have bought another set when mine quit working, but they are not available any more, so I settled for the QC earbuds. There was no clear owners manual with them so you have to spend a bit of time figuring them out. Once they were working, they are so touch sensitive that you have to be careful when touching them. They cut out when I get a message and don’t automatically restart playing my music.They are hard to connect to a TV. The only thing I like about them is noise cancelling feature. I never had any of these issues with the neckband. I wish they were available again.

I brought this product last year and I’m not impressed by it. I know it’s better because it’s not inside my ear. Nevertheless, on the subway, bus, and/or in public in general I can hear everything and the volume is at max. The older version with the noise cancellation sounds much better and worth the price.
