Every time I move my head it just produces no sound, or it goes in and out for some reason. I put it in the case to reconnect and sometimes that works and fixes it, other times it just continues to go in and out with the sound. It’s frustrating

Amazing product! The sound is spot on, extremely comfortable to wear for long periods of time. Top quality made product. Battery life is superior to other brands I have owned. Couldn't be any happier! Talked my spouse into buying a pair for himself which he promptly did within the first hour of mine arriving by mail. We are now forever costumers of Bose! I have referred many people to this product.

I use earbuds every day, all day, and the most important tings that I have found needed for a good experience is fit, battery life and the ability for people to hear you clearly on phone calls. The Bose Ultra Open Earbuds fit the bill in a very satisfying way. I usually only wear 1 earbud so I can stay attuned to the outside world and this works very well. The cuff-like earpiece take a little bit getting used to in finding proper placement but they are not going to fall out & they are very comfortable. I mainly use mine for talking, listening to podcasts & audiobooks and they exceed previous earbuds in this regard. I wear one all day long into the evening with no ear fatigue or discomfort. The battery life is fantastic one will last me all day long & I've only re-charged the case once after 4 days. The app is clean and easy to understand and was easy to register and pair my earbuds with and has different modes you can choose from. I do notice my volume slider is louder on these but that's because they are not shoved down your ear canal. They are a little on the pricey side as are most Bose Products but Bose is a premium product and well worth it.. overall I give them a 9 out of 10 with the 1 point taken away because of the price.

I use these working out with weights, elliptical and jumping rope. The noise reduction is less than pricier ones but where I workout that is not an issue. I always like the bose sound. I am a bose fan. My friend and I talk about the bose products. The sound is natural good highs and the bass compliments the midrange and highs. I like the fact bose designs their speaker. I also enjoy the voice commands helpful when using gloves.

I've been using these since the first day I got them, and I am so impressed! The noise canceling is perfect, and extends to calls as well (I have a relative that always knows when I'm on my blue tooth ear phones, and she couldn'thear anything, and I answered the phone using a shop vac). I love all the features (there is really too many to list, but my faves are the touch controls and the voice controls). The battery also lasts a long time, I didn't even have to recharge the case until over a week after I got them, and I used them for at least two hours a day. The couple things that could be improved are when my hair brushes against the outside of them, it sounds like amplified scratching (probably do to the touch controls), and the case is awkward to open, especially if you have short nails. But the pros severely outweigh the cons, and I am so glad to have these amazing earbuds! I would highly recommend to anyone.

The volume is enough for me to easily hear my books, and the noise control features allow me to easily talk to clients and then to tune them out. The battery life is wonderful. Sound quality is better than any other brand I have used. Absolutely worth the investment and a product I will buy again.

I highly recommend them for cardio, HIIT, running, and more. They offer two different hearing modes, and the immersive audio makes it feel like the singers are right next to me. However, the waterproofing might be a concern. This is my second set; the first one couldn’t connect to my iPhone and overheated while charging. Fortunately, it was covered under warranty, so I received a replacement for free.

Purchased these as a gift for my wife for Christmas, These are fantastic ear buds( she has a hard time using normal style in-the-ear buds) The only downside of these is that the case does not wireless charge, in 2024-2025 this should be the standard charging system

Had it for several months. Good sound, not much bass. I got open style so I wouldn't have hearing loss in my old age. They are comfortable and do not fall off when I'm working out or running. I'm able to ride a bike or run and still be able to hear outside noise. You will not be able to listen to music if there is a lot of ambient noise such as an airplane or at the gym if there's very loud music already playing overhead. I am not sure if mine is a dud but I have not been able to do any phone calls with the device. I can hear them but People on the other line cannot hear me when I'm on a zoom call or phone call. Hopefully version 2 is better
