The sound is amazing, they fit perfect, the battery life is top tier and she couldn’t be happier with them, whether she is running, working or in a cleaning mood she always has these on!

The sound quality is great for music, audio books, but not as much for mobile phone calls. Microphone seems not to work well on phone calls, but it could be a setting. Battery life is not amazing, but the sound quality makes up for it. Minimalist functionality available on the buds via the buttons, but better than nothing.

I bought a pair for my wife and when she calls me I have a hard time hearing her when she uses the open ear buds, it's like she is talking 5 feet away from the phone. She uses an iPhone and I am on a Samsung Galaxy 26 Ultra.

The only issue I have is I’ve had to return one pair cause they wouldn’t charge in their case. Bose sent me another pair an they’ve been fine until the last several months where they won’t charge fully any longer. They only charge to 90% unless I keep the case plugged in and charging.

However, the Bose team has been incredible at responding quickly and assisting with support. The earbuds themselves fit great and are very comfortable, even during long periods of use. The sound quality is excellent, with clear audio and well-balanced bass. The noise cancellation is outstanding and really helps block out background noise in busy environments. Overall, I would still recommend them despite the issue I experienced.

I'm always hated those because no matter what size fittings I used they made my ears hurt after about 30 seconds. These bothered me at first and I was afraid I was going to have to return them, but I stuck with it and now I just love them! And the Sunset Copper color is to die for!

The sound is perfectly balanced—not too much bass—giving a clear and enjoyable music experience. The noise‑cancelling feature is excellent, it blocks out background noises completely so you can fully enjoy your music without distractions. Great design and color range as well. Already recommended to two friends of mine to get ones

Unfortunately they seem to have the same issue the right side only has connectivity problems but only on starting to use them each day. Last about 5 min. Maybe after a restart they are fine for the rest of the day. Also I can't use them on phone calls because no one can hear me.

When I need to be aware of my surroundings, it's got me too. It's so comfortable sometimes I forget I even have it on! It goes on the straps of my mask, too, and that's barely even noticeable also! I love just getting it out of my pocket. Taking out the buds. Slipping them on my ears is so easy. I can hear each individual beat of the music, and I love that! Such an aesthetically pleasing look. I stare at it any chance I get. I recommend this for all my friends and family and the person who's reading this review, too!
