I love these, but there are some issues I hope will be fixed in the near future. One issue I have found quite annoying is when I call someone or receive a call and I use my ultra opens, it takes a second before I can hear the other person. I do not have this issue with Apple AirPods or just using my speaker on my phone. Another issue I have found (currently experiencing) is one side will work and the other will not. I tend to just give up after a while. I tried having them connected to two devices but experienced connectivity issues, and those issues were resolved once I turned the multiple device option off. I do also find that during calls the sound is not as clear as I would like. For example, my coworker has a deep voice, and sometimes it’s very difficult to understand what he’s saying through the ultra opens. I do love them, but they do have their flaws, as all products do.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my earbuds for about 3 months now and it has been a real game changer! It securely stays attached to my ear and the sound quality and volume are both great. My only complaint is that it can get uncomfortable after a while

After 2 weeks of using it every day, I feel very comfortable, the sound is good but the battery sucks, the left and the right earbuds' battery capacities are different about 40 minutes different in immersive conditions, and the right earbud is less than it says over 4 hours. I might return it.

The app is super easy to use and the open ear works well as we can hear what we are playing yet still be aware of what is going on around us.

I bought these as a gift for my grandson December 10th. They were perfect and he loved them until he started to get crackling noises in the left earbud. They are in the process of being replaced. I bought a pair for his mother and myself no problems with them

I didnt use them very often because I had a hard time keeping them in my ears. I have used my Bose open ear buds more in the few months I have had them then the years I had the Buds. The sound is amazing as always. Definitely recommend!!

I have a ton of different ear piercings making it difficult to wear any kind of ear buds or over ear headphones comfortably. I find that these are so comfortable to wear with all my earrings and the sound is still excellent!
