They are great for listening to your surroundings especially while on the subway here in NYC or even if your job is outdoors like my job , I do not like that you can’t talk on the phone with these cause people can’t hear you , so that sucks especially for the money you pay .

I knocked out at audio quality, the fact that i can wear these all day and not need an ear flush 😂 absolutely a unique product that exceeds even the Bose standards. I have been a Bose wired earbud user for many, many years, as I believed that they would provide the best sound quality for my music. Well the Bose QuietComfort Earbuds definitely changed my opinion, especially for listening to music. The sound they produce is fantastic and far superior to my Bose wired earbuds (and it is nice to finally not have to worry about inadvertently catching the wires on something!). I love most genres of music and they all sound fantastic. I am particularly impressed with the full, high quality sound and deep bass for my favorite genre, progressive rock. The noise canceling feature makes listening to music substantially better by drowning out surrounding noises (but it is nice to have the ability to "turn off" the noise canceling feature when the situation merits). I appreciate the ability to adjust the fit based on your inside ear size which makes them also very comfortable to wear (I had them on for over 3 hours the other day and no discomfort at all). They are also not too clumsy looking when wearing. For the sound they produce I would have expected something a little more bulky. The touch controls on the earbuds themselves took a little getting used to, and were frustrating at first. This is in part due to the wide variety of adjustments and options available on the earbuds. Watching the "How-To" videos that Bose provides definitely helped. I also like the convenience to use voice controls to adjust volume and advance tracks. The charging case is nice, and I particularly like the way the earbuds fit snuggly and are held in place with tiny magnets (ensuring they are in the proper position for charging). Speaking of charging, I last used them for about 7 hours before I felt the need to recharge the earbuds. The Bose QC Earbuds app works great too and is necessary to take full advantage of the earbuds (e.g., the EQ feature). Just one note of warning; the app only works for iOS 15 or above. So us old-timers with an iPod Touch that can't accommodate iOS 15 and above can't install and use the app solely on the iPod (but you can still concurrently use the app on your iPhone). If you particularly enjoy listening to all types of music, I highly recommend a pair of the Bose QC Earbuds. You won't be disappointed. The sound is just simply fantastic and pure Bose!

They produce excellent output for music, but when it comes to receiving and talking through them not good at all. I have ppl telling me all the time that they can't hear me even with the volume turned up completely and that was the main reason for me purchasing them

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was hesitant when I bought these based off what j was used to. I am blown away and recommending them to everyone. The immersion sound is amazing. I was walking around the gym trying to find the speakers before I paused my music and realized it was me. Battery life is awesome so far and they don’t hurt my ears no matter how long I wear them. I wish the find my buds was easier to use

Had these for a few weeks now and I love them! Normal ear buds would hurt after using them for more than 30 minutes. These are super comfortable and can wear them for a couple hours while cleaning and working. Sound is amazing too, I can still hear what’s happening around me but it’s not enough to block my music or podcast that I’m listening to. So if someone comes in I can hear them & don’t get startled. Wonderful product & they are so pretty!

Out of the box, I had some difficulty putting the earbuds in. I didn't quite understand the directions, this kind of made me feel like I was getting a bit old. But I kept at it and got them on and adjusted to a comfortable position. By the end of the first day - I was forgetting I had them on. I wear my earbuds all day long as I work from home. I switch from MS Team meetings on the PC to listening to Sirius or an Audiobook then back to a meeting with ease. The quality of the sound is great. The earbuds also allow me to hear what is going on around me with ease. Dog and husband can no longer sneak up on me when I'm working. I haven't had an issue with losing an earbud, or dropping a call - These are my new "go to" for all occasions.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I work from home for a long time and the Bose Ultra Open Earbuds is probably the best when it comes to remote meetings, listening to music, and being aware of what’s going on in the house. The earbuds are comfortable even wearing it the entire day and the music sounded good when streaming from my Mac or iPhone. Definitely recommend it

Awesome sound, but wish it was a bit brighter and stronger at higher volumes, which is needed for running. If I sit still in a quiet room it is quite nice. When I need at higher volumes, the EQ seems to change to a lesser brilliance & power. I’m still not sure. The thing I like best as a runner is no stomping sounds in the ear buds! So annoying! So, this aspect is great. But! I live great audio too. One running review said the Comfort version provides both stellar audio & no stomping feedback.
