If I was rating the looks/design I would give it a 100/10, I love the looks and the futuristic style headphone… However, sound quality when you are in the phone (which is mainly why I got them) is poor. They cannot hear clearly, sound will sporadically stop working, sometimes even making a weird loud noise on your ear. I continue trying the product because I’m a huge fan of bose, hopefully with a few upcoming updates they can work around them. The idea is there, product was rushed…

Great sound, great comfort, terrible functionality. They work great for a couple of days then go silent and I have to hard reset them to make them work again. Bose replaced them once, but the same issue recurred. It’s truly frustrating that such a premium product behaves this way. The cheaper SHOKZ don’t have this problem. *sigh*

Have had these for about a month. They are light weight and comfortable on my ears. I really like the immersion sound. I use them 3-5 hours on average a day and like being able to hear around me when I need to. Will be interested to see how they hold up over time with the hinge design.

They’re loud enough for me to hear everything playing in them but I can also still hear the world around me. I like how they do not go inside my ear. After years of wearing in ear headphones, I find my ears get sore from having the earbuds inside of my ear. The wrap around design is more comfortable.

I would rate it 5 stars if it had a bit more functionality in the shortcuts. Something like pressing and holding the right ear will raise the volume and the left ear lowers the volume, but hopefully that can come in a software update.

I received these earbuds about a month ago and after charging them once was able to easily pair with my phone. Initially, there was some hissing while the music was playing which was resolved by swapping to the smaller earbud tips. The noise canceling in these buds is impeccable. I used them on a flight and they cancelled the external noise better than the over the ear Bose headphones. I actually used both during the fight to compare. The battery life is very long as I have only charged the case once and have used them during my walk breaks, workouts and flights. Paying with the Peloton bike was very easy as well and the sound is so crisp and clear and the same goes for phone calls. The sound is just amazing. The buds are very sensitive, however and one slight touch will pause the music which can be a little annoying if you have to adjust them in your ear. The volume controls are easy to use and I love the fact that I can change the sound of the music to add more bass, etc. The case small enough to fit into my belt bag but doesn’t have a strap or any type of attachment that would make it easier to attach to anything to carry them. Perhaps Bose will develop a carrying case for them. Overall, I am pretty pleased with these earbuds.

I’ve NEVER found a pair of earbuds that will stay in my ears…. Except these! I cannot say enough good about them. They’re small, light weight, and so comfortable. The sound quality is fantastic for open ear headphones. Love them so much!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these over the summer to replace Sony WF-1000xm4s that I had lost, chose these as the open design for my lifestyle better than the noise canceling, haven’t regret it once. If you’re looking for pure audio quality these aren’t the move, but if you’re someone like me who loves listening to music doing just about anything, these make it super convenient to listen without having to pause or ask ‘what?’ A million times. Also, sound quality is still incredible on these, but as open-ear headphones of course you simple wont get the fill benefits of a closed sound stage.

Recently purchased my open ear buds and I love them! First of all the shipping was super quick. I received them a day early. The packing was very well protected. I love these open ear buds. The sound quality is awesome. Perfect for what I need it for. Not too loud which is what I was needing to protect my hearing. I can hear what's around me for my safety but still enjoying an awesome music sound! I can change the sound quality on the app to my liking and much more! I highly recommend this product! Well worth the money!

First of all, I was worried these wouldn’t work for me because I have several piercings all over my ears, but they are still comfortable and secure. Second, the sound is incredible!! I cannot believe no one else can hear my music, lol! I can wear these all day, confident they wont fall out, and without making my ears sore.
