[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my 1st pair in December 2024 and loved them so much I got a 2nd pair this month in a different color. I have other earbuds but did not feel safe wearing them out and about, even with ambient sound setting on. The Bose earbuds have been amazing for me and now I can run all my errands, walk my dog, etc. while listening to my audiobooks and I can hear my surroundings easily and unencumbered. These are not all noise canceling, so if that's what you're looking for these are not for that. I was not sure of the form factor just because it was unique, but I'm so glad I took a chance. They're so comfortable I can forget they're on my ears. I recommend them to family, friends, and strangers who have asked me about them.

Got these few weeks ago and not happy at all. Expected way better sound quality and without the noise cancellation these are basically headphones you can buy from a gas station. Not worth the money at all better off with quiet comfort paid. These are a waste of money

These are the first earbuds I have been able to wear comfortably for any activity throughout the day. Nothing else ever fit my ears. The immersive audio motion setting means my music surrounds me wherever I go while still being aware of my surroundings.

I received these earbuds as a gift, and I wasn’t sure whether I would like them or not, especially after being a lifelong AirPods owner. I’m not sure why I was skeptical seeing as Bose has such a stellar reputation. I regret not buying these for myself a long time ago! These are, without doubt, the best quality earbuds on the market. I love them so much that I immediately ordered them for my husband because I felt too selfish experiencing such a great product when he was still using AirPods. I love the innovative design and the comfort. They clip right on my ears, and I am not worried about them falling off at all. I am still in awe of the sound quality and how no one around you can hear anything.

I got these a few month ago and I absolutely love them when I’m listening to music, especially during a walk. There are 2 instances, however, where they fall short and I have to switch back to my 2nd gen AirPods: 1) if I’m doing interactive games on my phone (e.g., Duolingo) or 2) if I’m wanting to call someone. People have trouble hearing me when I use the Ultra Open Earbuds during a call and I can never hear the audio when I use them while playing Duolingo. As I said, however, while I’m listening to music they’re absolutely fantastic; they have great sound and I often can even forget I’m wearing them coz they’re so comfortable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These earbuds are so comfortable and convenient. I sometimes forget I have them in. I love being able to have them in my ear and not have to remove them to speak to someone. The ability to pause them is so helpful.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my earbuds for about 3 months now and it has been a real game changer! It securely stays attached to my ear and the sound quality and volume are both great. My only complaint is that it can get uncomfortable after a while

I had bought this earlier this month and I’m happy with the intended use. What could have been better is that the charging case could have a charge indicator through the app so I know if I need to charge it or not. Also another feature this could have used is when you lose a earbud. You can hit a find button. This set replaced my Samsung Galaxy Buds and they had all those convenient features. I’m just shocked that Bose didn’t have that.

I bought these to replace my Apple AirPods as I’ve had two sets now and eventually I get to where ppl can’t hear me talk very well. I’ve trouble shooted with Apple and it didn’t help I figured it was time to try something different. So far these have worked really well. They fit nicely in the ear just the way they arrived although there are other pieces to change out sizes. Sound quality is nice and you can make the sounds work for you with an equalizer and a lot of other features in the Bose app. Bought these pink as it’s my fave color and they are a nice soft pink. Very pleased with purchase.
