The controls always work as expected and the battery does last for a solid four hours in immersive while I'm at work. This sound comes in so crisp. I'm especially impressed with the reach of coverage when my phone is downstairs and i go from room to room upstairs with no interruption at all.

I let sister use and she enjoyed. So now they are hers she loves while working in office and becomes awar of music as well as music.

The noise cancellation is definitely a lower quality than some of their other earbuds, which the price point does accurately reflect, but they still provide quality sound and work just fine.

Other earbuds keep slipping out but these stay in nice and firm. The sound is amazing and crisp. The noise canceling is a lifesaver in my noisy office

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve used them for a few months, primarily while biking. Great sound w/o blocking out background noise. For safety purposes these allow for keeping you aware of any traffic or people around you. Easy to place on ears. Charging is very good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m very impressed with these type of ear buds. They stay in place as this has always been a difficulty of mine when it comes to ear buds. The sound quality is immensely better than the Aftershock type behind the ear “headphones”. You can still easily hear ambient noises and get that same quality Bose sound. These are great for walking, hiking or even biking. I haven used them on an airplane as I still think I’d use my noise canceling devices for that environment. Mine are a refurbished item and i absolutely love them. Highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my Ultra Open Earbuds about 1 year ago to replace an old headset. OMG! They were fantastic. I started using my Ultra Open Earbuds just for the gym which made my gym experience much more enjoyable. Then I started using my new earbuds for cooking, walking the dog and in the bathtub. Ultra Open Earbuds Have an excellent job quality, ease of use and most important stayed on my ears. For instance, I got home from the gym and went to take a shower when I realized that I had left one earbud on. I took it off quickly. Great product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These earbuds are comfortable and the sound is what you would expect from a Bose product. In ear style earphones would never stay in when I worked out. These stay secure and I don’t need to worry about them falling out

I've had these for a few weeks and the connectivity is so bad. Charging case dead but buds have life? Won't connect. Taken out of ears for a bit and put back in? Won't connect unless put back in the case first. Trying to connect real quick before answering a call? Nope. Trying to connect while already on a call? Also no, have to hang up, connect and then call back. Sound quality is good enough and noise cancelling is good enough but the function of day to day use is very poor.
