I love these earbuds. The sound is great and being able to control the base and treble in the app is nice. I give these 4 1/2 stars. The 1/2 star loss is due to not building in a way to locate the earbuds if they fall under the bed or in the couch. Also, I sometimes have to put the buds back in the case to get them to connect.

Spoken words that come from the webinars I listen to are crisp and the music range from highs to lows is great. I like the new case design and the ease of pairing my buds with my desktop, iPhone, and car.

As someone who enjoys extended walks, I appreciate how these earbuds allow me to hear my surroundings, enhancing safety. Turning to battery life, even with daily usage of 4-5 hours, I find myself needing to charge them only once a week. However, after nearly two months of use, I encountered a minor issue – connecting to multiple devices. Unlike my previous earbuds that seamlessly switched between my phone and MacBook, these take a bit longer to establish a connection with the alternate device. Despite this, I wholeheartedly recommend them. Bose has indeed crafted an exceptional product!

The audio is clear and you hear your surroundings, but more importantly intuitive technology connects multiple Bose products. The Smart Sound bar uses the Open Earbuds for surround sound. Best of all, the Bose app found an old friend - 10+ year old Soundlink Mini and synced up.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the fact that they were open and had a great feeling of almost nothing on my ear. The downside is the phone use is awful. At a $300 price point they should have high cross functionality. These should retail more around $99

After a few months of use, I do enjoy the sound quality but there are a few things that I would suggest to make the product better. The “one size fits all” approach falls short. I have larger ear lobes. That pulls the speakers further from the ear canal. The spring tension causes irritation after a while.

I like these very much! They’re very comfortable, and have incredible sound! I like the equalizer feature and the immersive sound. The battery life is very good. I don’t like having to go through the app to use them. Even though I follow the directions, they take time for the app to recognize them. I don’t think there is any product that competes with sound quality or comfort.

The sound is incredible. Wonderful bass. Fantastic clarity. They are very easy to go from earbuds to the phone. There was nothing like them! I got the quiet comfort ear buds. They have exceptional sound as well. Great Bass I would recommend them as well! You can’t beat Bose earbuds. I’m very picky on the quality of how the music sounds They are the best!

I bought these like three weeks ago, but Everything looks great, the size, the weight, but the sound (which is the most important thing) is not good only because they go far away from the inner ear, if I push it a little bit they sound great, but you can’t be pushing it all the time, I'm undecided whether to return them or not?
