I have got these earbuds and I have complained about them as I really don't like them. The call quality has been really poor. I have got the ultra open and my dad has got the ultra earbuds 2nd gen, but both of them have really terrible call quality, they keep disconnecting and can barely hear the other person. I have been using bose for the longest time, the previous ones were much better.

The sound is much quieter than my previous in-ear buds, it makes sense but makes me a bit sad. I also find people cannot hear me unless I move it to the bottom of my ear which is not comfortable. They pinch a bit stronger than expected but over all comfortable, and they don’t slide around or fall off so I am very pleased about that. I honestly don’t really understand the price I would put them at 100 less in terms of quality and how they look , which is kind of cheap.

Spoken words that come from the webinars I listen to are crisp and the music range from highs to lows is great. I like the new case design and the ease of pairing my buds with my desktop, iPhone, and car.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought 2 months ago, and these have been part of my daily use, whether at the gym, work or around the house. They weight close to nothing, have clear loud sound while maintaining some situational awareness. And look pretty cool. My only issue i have been having with them is when I remove them from the case and they connect i only get sound out of one bud. I know they're connected because the button functions do work: pause and volume adjustment. I will have to put them back into the case, weight a second then remove them again to connect to my device to get them both to have sound. I chalk this up to some intermittent connectivity with the bluetooth, because i have experienced this with other wireless earbuds, both BOSE and other brands. Otherthan that, I LOVE THESE BUDS!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been surprised how much I like these open earbuds. I tried them out in the store, each time I wandered by a store, for a while. My hesitation was primarily about the call quality. I read some less-than-stellar reviews about that. My experience is that the open design is perfect for situations where I do not want to be, or cannot be, isolated from the outside world. They weigh next to nothing and I've worn them until the battery runs out (many hours later) without any real discomfort. They're great. And for the call quality - I've had some not realize I'm on a headset, and others question about the noise - but I think that's mostly about the environment. I hope/expect firmware updates to perhaps make the calls even stronger.

They have excellent sound, are easily controllable from the earbuds themselves and I can leave them in when talking to people as they allow me to hear outside noise when I want to. I also will never have to worry about cleaning off earwax.

I really like the idea of the earbuds clipping to your ear rather than jammed inside your earhole. The only downfall I see is the there is static as it connects back and forth from my phone to my computer. I've also been told while on calls that I sound like I am in a wind tunnel. I was in an office and not outside so it should not sound like that.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are a gam changer! I've had my open ear buds for about two weeks and have fallen in love with them. I am a music junkie and having ear buds that don't hurt my ears and, especially in warmer/summer weather, don't leave swear marks on my head (I love over the wear headphones, but in cooler weather) is a plus. Also, as someone who has a narrow ear canal, it's great that I know these ear buds are secure. This was a complete "why not?" purchase and I am not regretting my rash decision.
