[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a problem with placing anything in or on my ears, these buds are so high quality and so non intrusive that I can use them all day and literally not feel them. They don't fall out or off so I bought my husband a pair for working out. The phone aspect is so clean and clear that I'm going to buy my mom a pair.

While the idea was cool and i see the practical use for some, personally I prefer something with a more comfortable fit? The clip and piece that sits on your ear didn't fit the best and the sound could never get fully involved, but I guess that's the point with open clip earbuds

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had two pair of the regular earbuds. This is my first pair of the new ones. Getting them out on correctly took a bit - but once on the sound is very good. I often forget to take them off my ears. Very enjoyable - still wish volume control could be on the earbud.

For the first time, I have all my requirements/needs met in a pair of ear buds. They are comfortable to wear, they do not fall out of my ears, they do not get stuck in my ears obstructing my surrounding necessary noise, they will not adversely affect my hearing, the recharging case is awesome, and I can have conversation with music playing and hear all of the conversation with the music easily channeled out as background noise until the conversation is over. It's like talking on my favorite elevator ride or something! Also, I am a cyclist. There is nothing like having music on the road and at the same time being able to hear my surroundings (passing cyclists, motor vehicles, emergency vehicles, etc.). Bose has always led the audio industry in my opinion, and it is products like this that will always keep them ahead of the pack. It is worth the extra money as an investment in my entertainment and my life. Well worth it!!!

I got the earbuds close to a month ago and I am so disappointed. The first earbuds to have the noise control feature for 8 hours! That means that they can be used to sleep. And yet, they have the initial voice prompt that can't be turn off. If they move a little there is that prompt again that wakes me up time after time. What a shame. So awesome but I have to return them.

My first impression of these Ultra open earbuds was that their design is different from any other earbuds I've ever used. There is a bit of a learning curve if you are used to plugging up your ear canal with more traditional noise cancelling earbuds as well as the unique cuff design, but once you get used to the feel and fit of how these should be worn, it's a game changer. Even with hours of use, they are so lightweight and comfortable, you'll forget you are wearing them. Battery life seems to be good, and you get a couple/few charges from the case as well. I use headphones or earbuds primarily for listening to music. I don't usually use them for calls, nor do I exercise with them on, although these feel stable enough on your ear that I think they would handle activity well without falling off. As with my Bose QC 35 II over-ear headphones, I would have liked a bit more volume, but the richness and clarity of the sound more than makes up for this. I will opt for sound quality over volume, and I find that I tend not to max out the volume on these anyway to have the best and most enjoyable listening experience. The open ear design and immersive sound makes you feel like the music surrounds you, which you will never have experienced in any other earbuds you have ever used. While absence of these features is not a deal breaker for me personally, it is worth mentioning that these are not noise cancelling, nor is there a rubber ear piece adapter option to make them fit into your ear canal to make them noise cancelling (which would be contradictory to their open ear design), the case does not have wireless/Qi charging, and the call quality according to the party on the other end was not clear/loud enough. (On my end the call sounded fine). I actually prefer being able to hear what's going on around me and to engage in a conversation if I need to while wearing these earbuds. The only other thing I would like to see improved might be the modes in the Bose Music App settings. I have not really been able to notice any discernible difference between most of the modes offered, but again this is hardly a deal breaker as there is an equalizer and some other settings you can adjust and most music apps also have their own equalizers for additional fine tuning to your listening preferences. I will be interested to see what additional features and/or improvements future updates may bring to these earbuds. These Ultra Open earbuds have quickly become my favorites in the short time I have been using them, and I know they will be my go-to because nothing compares to the quality you expect from a Bose product, the immersive sound these offer, and the ability to wear them for long periods of time without any discomfort or having to recharge them often. I'd have given these a solid 4.5, but 1/2 stars weren't an option, nothing is perfect and there is always room for improvement. I definitely would recommend to go buy yourself a pair – you won't be disappointed!

I recently purchased the Bose Ultra Earbuds, expecting premium sound and quality given Bose’s reputation, but unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with the overall experience.In addition to the other drawbacks, I encountered significant connectivity issues with the Bose Ultra Earbuds. Pairing them with my devices was inconsistent, with frequent dropouts and interruptions during playback. Even after following all troubleshooting steps, the connection would often lag or disconnect entirely, particularly in busy environments with multiple Bluetooth signals.

I have used this bose open earbuds for the last few weeks. They are good, but sometimes feel as if they are about to fall off. The sound quality truly is great, I wish the experience was just as good. I have not been able to use for calls yet, but hope the quality is just as good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not the most ergonomic design (pinches a bit on wider ear, even with the flexible hinging), and gets a lot of getting used to remembering how it fits into place... But the sound quality!!!! Amazing... Any kind discomfort way worth the 'price'. Lowest setting on volume has you wondering if you're at a live concert or have gone utterly deaf (with exception to music).. the immersion setting awesome, but not ideal for quality conversations (still have to take them out or pause to hear).. The introvert and Extrovert's best friend!!

I purchased two months ago. I like the look and comfort of these Buds. I have one complaint. Making and receiving calls are very difficult. You cannot hear the other person. I know you will tell me how to adjust buds inside ear. I put on a video and adjusted every way possible. I am hoping for $299 you will fix this problem.
