[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these like 2 months ago and they are amazing. I have 2 piercings in my ears, so it's hard to put headphones on them. But with these, it's, I don't feel them, they're amazing, and they feel great sitting in my ear

On my second set as the first one had issues. Bose replaced promptly so no issue there. Why I give a 3 is for a few reasons. Battery life is terrible. Max 4 to 5 hours when listening to music so not very long. Sound quality is pretty good but volume level is very low. Overall is a good set of ear buds if you hate the in ear version like me so with the money as they do a ok job for my needs but hopefully future version have better battery life and sound quality.

My husband is the one who told me about the Bose. Big mistake on his part, I freaking love my Bose. I have been looking and buying earbuds trying to find something comfortable, that stayed put when I am using them and have great sound quality. Bose has succeeded in all that. The only complaint I have is they can't charge magneticly. Small complaint in the over all scheme of things and it isn't stopping me from considering getting another pair.

This was my second pair. I left the first pair in a rental car and the earbuds were never returned. Bose are the only earbuds that fit my ears. I also have the Sport Earbuds. The Ultras stay in my ears - even during exercise. It takes a few times to get them in position where they fit and sound the best. I can wear them for hours and I do not have ear pain. They are comfortable and light weight. When I wear while walking the background noise is perfect. I can hear cars and bikes behind me with the music volume lower. While in the gym and at home I do not notice any back ground noise at all. I have not used them during phone calls.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using these for a month. When I first bought them I was a little disappointed with the sound. I used the app and updated the firmware and wow. These sound great with full awareness of my surroundings. I use these primarily when I am out walking my dog or driving in my classic car. The are fantastic not only for music, also for directions and calls. Comfortable as I have worn them multiple hours and never felt any discomfort.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m very impressed with the sound. The voice control seems to be very sensitive activating when not prompted. It would be nice to have one touch answer and end call vs needing to have two different button sequences. Overall I’m happy with them just growing pains coming from AirPod Pro’s.

I bought the baby blue open ears. Listening to music is quite the experience. Crisp sound while still being able to hear the world around you, which is very important for women's safety. I love that the open ears clip on -- no more ear fatigue from things inserted into my ear! What I don't like is the quality when talking on the phone. Despite my phone and the Bose app being on full volume, it's very hard to hear the other person. I don't know if it's just the ones I got, but this is the second set after Bose replaced the first one for the same problem, so I am extrapolating that this is a problem with the whole lot. I'm willing for Bose to prove me wrong by making mine work as intended.

I've had these for a few months and overall am pleases. Pros - I like how they don't plug my ears and the sound is great. However, the 2 issues I have with them really hurt the experience. When using them for phone calls on my Galaxy S24 Ultra, people have a hard time hearing me speak. About 50% of the calls I jump on, I am forced to disconnect them and hold my phone to my ear like a caveman. The other issue is that randomly, 1 earbud (random which one) will occasionally just stop working so I have to put it on the case, close the case, open it and hope the software picks it back up again so it's start to work.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago and very useful. The design of it is amazing how it delivers great sound quality. Sometimes I don't like everything being noise cancellation and to be able to listen to audio while hearing my surroundings.

Love these so far. I cannot use in-ear buds as they dont stay in. These are the only earbuds I've found that stay on my ear, lightweight and comfortable. I was shocked with the sound quality. Good battery life as I've used them about a dozen times and still full.
