Loses connection to Galaxy s22 ultra once in a while maybe 1-3 times a week. Sound is great, good nattery life, and very comfortable and convenient in a environment where people are constantly approaching you to talk. A bit expensive though, the plastic and silicon makes it feel a bit cheap, also low waterproof rating feels bad.

The only negative quality is the lack of noise cancellation. Turning up volume allows others to hear what you are listening to.

For my first impression with the open ear design so I gave it a try, it's open but the sound is really clear and beautiful. The only problem is microphone in call still really hard to catch the voice, especially when I'm outside. I'm always open to BOSE and this is the big step.

The ear buds don't fit deep inside my ears for the sound to be as loud or good as it should be. At 100% volume, the units are just loud enough to hear vs in-ear-canal earbud like airpod pro I'd run at around 35%-40% volume. When you push them in everything gets better and the volume increases dramatically. Like I said, this is a problem with the shape of my ears not the units. Yes, I have tried many positions. The units are comfortable and just loud enough to be useful walking on the treadmill at the gym. The strange thing is that they get louder when I connect them to a pc. Product improvement idea...give an option to make them go a few millimeters deeper in the ears.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the ultra opens for a little over 2 months, and I'm glad i bought them. In a quiet environment they're providing exactly what i was looking for...fantastic sound from something that wasn't an earbud or headphone. The fact that i get this level of sound quality while still maintaining full situational awareness and/or being able to carry on a normal conversation with someone, definitely made them worth the price. With all that said, in louder environments (ie walking down the street, in a store/gym, etc), they definitely get drowned out by the ambient noise. But i figured that would happen when i purchased.them(given how they sit on the ear)...and since I wasn't buying them for that use case, I'm not deducting any stars. Regarding the fit, it moght seem odd at first, but they definitely stay in place, and after awhile, I can't even feel them. All in all, a great purchase for me.

So far so good. The volume is a little quiet which is expected but quieter than I thought. Wearing them on an airplane is a struggle because the plane is a bit too loud. They stay on great and comfortable to wear. The battery life is great. Talking on the phone is super clear. The case is a pretty cheap and flimsy.

I got them around 3 weeks ago and it has been an excellent purchase, the noise canceling and the fitting are amazing, allowing me to either watch a movie with my phone or TV to go out for a run without any issues while running as the fitting and comfortably feeling they provide goes above and beyond the expected and the competitors out there.
