[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been a long-time audio enthusiast and I bought these for a dual purpose. The gym and home office. At the gym, these are great earphones that allow you to hear your surroundings while still jamming out, all while never having to worry about them falling out. I think this is the best use-case scenario. In the office, they serve a very similar purpose, however, the reason they get 4 stars and not 5, is that microphone quality takes a hit if they are not positioned exactly the correct way in your ear. Other than that small gripe, I am very happy with Bose Open earbuds and look forward to seeing how many years I can utilize them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been dreaming of these earbuds since before Christmas. They worked great for the first week, then every day around 3pm, like clockwork, the left earbud loses sound. The controls work. Just no sound. Nor will it work if I disconnect and reconnect. I was eligible for a replacement, so I sent them in, and a couple of weeks later. I had my new pair. Once again excited, they worked perfectly for about a week, then the left one stops working every afternoon. It's a disappointment. I almost feel like I ended up with my original pair. So, now I'm basically out $300 dollars, with 1 working earbud, that literally just decided to follow suit of its counterpart, and stop playing sound! When they do work, the sound is amazing!!

Best purchase I’ve ever made. They super comfortable that I forgot that I’m wearing them. They serve me right because I add the sound track to my life while still present in my surroundings. Can’t beat that. Thank you Bose for designing these great earphones.

These are great, but not perfect. It's a wonderful solution for people with glasses, but they do make my ears ache after a few minutes. You have to build up tolerance. The sound is great. The multipoint switching works well. No Windows app, and does not work with Teams on Windows at all. The mic is good but not the best. Open ear design is amazing, though.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had these earbuds about 3 months and really like them. The noise-cancelling is better than any others I’ve tried. They’re comfortable, and stay in my ears. I can’t communicate with Siri through them, but that’s minor. I’d buy them again and would recommend them to friends. I would like to be able to purchase a case that has some sort of lever that has to be pushed in order to ensure it doesn’t open on its own. Maybe there is one, but I haven’t found it.

These headphones were a very pleasant surprise for me, they are amazing. An incredible feature is the possibility of controlling everything through them, for example next or previous song, volume, pause, play, etc. I'm a runner and they don't fall out of my ears while running and the sound is great

These never fall out, whether i'm running, doing situps or planks. they are also comfortable. i've tried clip on headphones in the past and had a pinching sensation. high quality audio.

I use mostly in an office where I need to hear what is around me at the same time. However these are also perfect for walks/runs/working out because they don't slip off and take hours to hurt my ears.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I spent thousands of bucks on all kinds of earbuds/headphones over the past few years but none of them really work for me: either the base is too loud, or the headphone is too large or tight, or the earbuds are easy to fall off... until the Bose Ultra Open Earbuds is coming to my life! It's really a life saver. I have long term ear problems: tinnitus and other symptoms that TMD causes, which prevented me from wearing regular earbuds for long, BUT, the Bose Ultra Open Earbuds literally saved my life!!! Now I can wear them all day long without even feeling them, and the sounds just feel perfect. Thank you, Bose, heartful thanks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sound is great, top notch I would say. The ANC is awesome too. I think better than rivals like the Air Pods, which I have owned two pairs of. I like the app interface. But I bought to use for calls as well and the mic performance is horrible. It's unreliable and cuts in and out. People I am talking to constantly complain they can't hear me and miss words I say.
