If you want to listen to what you want but still be able to hear the world around you naturally, these Ultra Open Ear Buds are amazing. Great sound for music, podcasts or calls and yet you can still hear the world. From travel to cleaning up around the house, awesome.

These are like no other earbuds I have had, and I have had just about everything on the market. I like the fact that they aren't all the way in my ear yet I can hear my music, podcast, or calls clearly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my headphones 2 months ago. I use them for daily use for work and also exercising. Never had a problem with the connection or falling out of my ears which is a plus for me because my earlobes are kinda small. 10/10 headphones y'all!

First and foremost, these are the most comfortable open earbuds I’ve ever worn! I absolutely forget that I’m wearing them sometimes. I run during weird hours; a lot of the time in the dark. Great sound quality, but you can hear the ambient sounds! Quickly becoming my favorites!

I can hear perfectly but the individual I am calling informs that they have a difficult time hearing me. Voice sounds as though I am in a Tunnel. So, I asked my husband to call me using my earbuds, guess what I could not hear him.Quality of calls is far less then poor. Sadly this is a replacement, problems haven’t changed. So sad. What happened to Bose quality? Zero stars!

Pros: Comfortable to wear all day Battery life appears optimal; quick charge Excellent audio quality Uncompromised audio from surroundings Ease of use to wear Option/ability to wear 1 earbud Switching devices is fast and simple Build quality Cons: Occasional bluetooth disconnection on Android Auto-pause media once 1 earbud removed is absent Ability to increase/decrease volume using one earbud Ability to have program multiple shortcuts per earbud The Bose Open Earbuds Ultra came in a compact box that's perfect for it’s size and footprint. Setup was simple using the Bose Music app. Attaching the earbuds to your ears with proper fit takes some getting used to and instructions with pictures/videos definitely helped. Build quality of the earbuds appears premium as time will tell if flexibility remains strong enough to clasp around ears. I’m using the earbuds with an Android phone and an iPhone. I had some initial issues getting the Bose Music app to connect to the earbuds on Android, but after force-closing the app it connected successfully. I have been using the earbuds while working from home and mostly around the house while doing chores or relaxing. I've even shared one earbud with my wife, and we listened to a playlist while preparing to host a party. Call quality has been excellent when I've used while running errands. Aside from an occasional bluetooth disconnection, I can wear the buds all day without ear fatigue. I get around 6 hours out of the buds in immersive mode before the battery fully depletes, but the case charges the buds really fast. Sound quality has been excellent while still having the ability to hear my surroundings. I own a pair of bone conducting earphones for this benefit, but one of the major compromises is audio quality. Most of the ANC earbuds from known major competitors also have capabilities to let in noise from your surroundings but some prefer not to jam earbuds into your ear canal or wear headphones over your ears. There are pros and cons for both devices, and I think these open earbuds offer an excellent option for those people.

I've been using this product for at least a month now and I love them! The only earbuds I had used before were Apple Airpods, and I rarely used them. I liked being wired because the airpods didn't fit well in my ears, and especially did not fit well when working out--they'd fall out. These earbuds barely moved during an outdoor run, and they sit comfortably in my ears. I love Bose headphones overall, and like the variety of modes with this one, it's like having surround sound when listening to music.

I usually listen to headphones when other people are around (otherwise I will just listen out loud) and either would listen to low volume or have one earbud out and now that isn't a concern since I can have them in and on and still hear someone that wants to tell me something at work or home. My only thing to point out is if the environment is really loud you may not have the best ability to really hear all of what you're listening to.
