[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Now that I've had an opportunity to use these for a while, I'm pretty happy and glad I purchased them. They sound good, the immersive audio is impressive, the controls took a while to use, Setup was easy. I was driven towards these as earbuds just don't fit into my ears; they always fall out during exercise. I guess I have small ear canals. These fit very securely while still being comfortable. I do note that I can move them into position with better sound but they will not stay in that position. Overall, I am very satisfied with the Ultra Earbuds.

I bought this about 3 weeks ago I am happy with the appearance, style, lightness, color of the earbuds. The features that I am not happy about are the level of loudness and the noise cancelling. It is not loud enough like my quiet comfort and other Bose earbuds I had in the past. I only buy Bose headsets and speakers, but the Ultra Noise is my least favorite. I can hear the noise around when I have it on in the gym. A lot of noises on the end of the caller, according to them it was very sensitive, and they could hear all the noises around. I hate to return it as it is very comfortable and stays especially when I am running. I am thinking of returning this.

They don’t 100% fit my ears right but that was to be expected. I recommend trying on a pair before purchasing to make sure they are comfortable enough for you

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These buds are the Cat’s Meow. They stay on when I’m working in the shop. I tried two different buds from a different mfg and I couldn’t them in my ears. The sound is terrific and yes I can hear my wife talking to me.

I purchased on November 11th a pair of Bose Ultra Open Earbuds Rechargeable Battery, Diamond 60th Edition. The right one has a few different problems isn’t very secure on my ear (feels like it’s going to fall off), doesn’t hold a charge like the left one and has a buzz sometimes. Chatted with 2 different reps. Reset the earbuds as per the advice from the 1st rep and paired it back up to my phone (which was not a piece of cake) same issues. Was told by the 2nd rep to return them and they would send me out another pair. I checked on the return today and found out that it can take up to 4 weeks to receive my new ones. 4 WEEKS! Are you kidding me! Not very happy with Bose at this stage of the game. My other question is what happens to my warranty while I’m twiddling my thumbs waiting and Bose has my $250? Not Happy at all.

I got these in the past month and they are hands down the earbuds I have used so far. The sound quality is superior to other earbuds in my opinion. I definitely won’t be using any other in the future. They are also super comfortable and have great battery life.

Earbuds are ok. Nothing special compared to others. The case is disappointing. No keychain or loop to hook. I almost lost the other pieces, you open it and they all fall out. Bose has really cheaped out. While these are comfortable and bose is what I know and have been loyal to, I’ll be shopping around next time I’m in the market.

These are great. I really don't like earbuds "plugging" my ears. If so, they quickly become intolerable and I don't want to wear them. These are so comfortable I have worn them for a large part of the day, removing them only because I came home. I can manage the sound such that I don't even have to turn them off during doctor appointments or any other conversations. The sound quality is just what I've come to expect from Bose. From the speakers in my house, to headphones, to other earbuds Bosei s a staple to me. These don't disappoint for great sound.

I have issues with finding earbuds that are small enough to be comfortable for my ears without causing pain. These are great so far as I can adjust them on my ears to a different position if they cause any discomfort. They are light but stay on and the sound quality is great too. Thank you Bose!

I've been using the Ultra Open Earbuds for about 5 months now. These are game changers. All my previous earbuds are now obsolete and unused. The sound quality is amazing, even at super low volumes in a quiet place the music is full, rich and detailed. Somehow things sound as if they're happening in your surroundings rather than in your ears. But at the same time, familiar music will sound just like you remember it, only better and with with more detail. I also love how clean the buds remain, even after hours of continual use, just wipe with a dry tissue and they're fine. The battery life is excellent and if they do get low on power they charge very quickly in the case. The fit is both very secure and very comfortable, which is an engineering acheivement. These are also great for your personal safety and the safety of your ears, since you can hear what's going on around you and if you're wearing them properly, I don't think they could go loud enough to damage your hearing. The only people these wouldn't be good for are those who like to listen to their music at extremely loud volumes or those who need noise isolation. Yes these are expensive but I use them for hours every day so for me they are well worth the cost. The fit does take some getting used to if you're accustomed to putting buds in your ear canal. These just clip on the outer portion of your ear like jewlery. Also be aware that when you first put them on - they will sound louder if you push them down towards your ear canal. But don't be misled by that - down at your ear canal is not where they're meant to be. Accept the lower volume from where they want to sit naturally and simply turn up the volume if you need to. You'll soon realize how great they sound from higher up where they're designed to be.
