I have a lot of cracking noise thru them and at times they sound muffled

I love the sound quality of the earbuds but absolutely hate it when they disconnect unexpectedly!~!

Had a pair for a long time, they stopped working but liked them so much bought another pair

The sound quality is amazing and they don’t hurt my ears! I love them!

The noise canceling is very good. I use them on the train and the noise is drowned out.

Fit and sound unsatisfactory ...have multiple bose headphones ...but this was a disappointment

I believe the ear buds are too big for my ears. Wish they were adjustable.

Love the open earbuds they are light weight and no ear fatigue.

I didn’t know they don’t Sync with airplane TV so I couldn’t use them while traveling

Got them a few weeks ago. Haven't used them much, but the sound quality is amazing!
