I own several simplehuman products and have been very satisfied with all of them. After having some difficulty with two of their sensor pumps that were a previous model, I contacted the company and they sent me a prepaid label to return them. They were promptly replaced with two of this new model. Both of them work PERFECTLY! I rate this company and its products Five Stars.

Not happy with the dispensing of the soap. It’s thinner than previous purchases and when you put your hand under it the soap bounces off your palm. This is my third one and I never had this problem before. Adjusting buttons don’t work. I have always used Simplehuman soap.

This is a wonderful device. It is easy to put in batteries and to change them. I like being able to control how much soap to dispense and to be able to quickly turn it off when cleaning. I have given this to several friends for gifts and they have liked it so much that they have given one to family members. I only wish that it would hold more than 8 ounces.

When I saw this soap dispenser on simplehuman, I thought - what a great idea, especially in these present times. It's so great - you just put your hand under it and it dispenses the right amount of soap! No spreading germs by touching a pump! I bought 2 of them - one for the bathroom and one for the kitchen. I Very Strongly recommend this for Everyone!!

Love it! It's the product that I didn't know I couldn't live without. It got a high rating from America's Test Kitchen, and I agree, it is great for avid cooks. I hesitated because of the price, but I'm glad I got it. Also useful during covid or flu season.

I think it's great, if i had any complaint it would be the capacity, i wish it was a little bigger so that I didn't have to refill as often. I had an older one with larger capacity, but without warning it quit pumping, there was just nothing coming out, no sound of the pump pumping or anything. I really like the product, but it really annoyed me when the pump quit working on my older model. Oh and there was a problem with the plastic in the battery compartment being cracked and pieces broken, in my older one. It had never been dropped, banged around, or otherwise abused to explain it being cracked, at least while it was in my possession after purchase, but it still worked until the pump quit so i let it be. So far this new one is working perfectly, and I haven't noticed any cracks or other problems. I guess I'll have to wait and see how long the pump lasts in this new one before i can form an informed opinion about the overall quality of the product, and value for the dollar spent.

We a little surprised at the size expecting somethin larger. However, once we filled it and put the batteries correctly it worked like a dream and absolutely quiet. Also, it holds a lot more then you realize for its size. Plus the size it perfect for the kitchen counter. What a great product. Awesome to say the least.

Good performer. So far so good. Have added other aftermarket soap. Has handled it well. Only con is that every so often it will not sense my hand so have to move it up/down/forward/backward for it to sense. Might have to tinker with the sensor range settings.

The pump is wonderful...when it works. I love the idea of putting my own soap in. Unfortunately almost when the pump is 2 years old, it just quits. However, you company is wonderful because it replaced my last one, which made me a very happy camper! Thank you Simple Human.

I love this soap dispenser! Have purchased/given over 4 dispensers. Don’t forget to register your SH products. I recently had an issue and SH quickly tried to help me troubleshoot and when it did not work, they sent me a replacement product. I get compliments all the time on this dispenser and how all my guests love the thoughtfulness as well as the great functionality of this product. Especially during this era of Covid19 and upcoming and recurring annual flu seasons.
