Purchased on ATK review. The unit is attractive, easy to fill and very useful. Price was high but this is a high quality item and worth it. I do a lot of cooking so this is a must. The shipper is another story. OnTrac deserves very low score. Item was to take 2 days. Unit sat idle for 2 days in NJ then took a day to move short distance. Another day to Reno plus one more to SLC day to deliver. Seller contacted me. Once it is in shipper hands you just have to wait. Use Postal Advantage

I have several of these. I'm reading ones needed to be charged via a US Port which shorten their lifespan. This new model uses batteries so I'm hoping will be more reliable.

Convenience no touch over kitchen sink. Operational excellance for all parties to wash dishes. Design is exceptional. The shipment was quick and everything in tacked.

I'm so loving this dispenser. It's easy to place the batteries, pass your hand under & voilà the perfect amount & it actually dispenses IN YOUR HAND instead of all over it & the sink too. Lightweight & looks great on your sink. No Dripping!!! It keeps the sink clean, not to many others do. The refills are easy to purchase,they give you a nice coupon to use on your next purchase. Also it tells you what other brand of soap you can use in the dispenser. I'm really happy with mine & just ordered 2 more for the other bathrooms.

I love this compact, hands free soap dispenser. I keep it by my kitchen sink and it looks great. It is so easy to use and you can adjust how much soap you want to come out uses the or - buttons. I highly recommend this product.

I'm very happy with this soap dispenser. I did fill it with simplehuman soap that I purchased from their website. You can easily change the amount of soap you want to dispense which cuts down on the waste. Unless I wasn't paying close enough attention when I made my purchase from Sam's Club I believe the offer saiid batteries were included. I had to supply my own AA batteries.

I had a dispenser like this for years and loved it. When you offered $10.00 off I ordered one. After a very short time it stopped working, after checking it was determined that there was a defect where the soap was leaking into the battery compartment so I returned it. The girl at your store said my credit card would be credited, however she couldn’t order a replacement because it was ordered online. Therefore I would loose the $10.00 sale price so I didn’t order a replacement. I would think you could have given a credit for a new purchase.
