I'm very happy with this soap dispenser. I did fill it with simplehuman soap that I purchased from their website. You can easily change the amount of soap you want to dispense which cuts down on the waste. Unless I wasn't paying close enough attention when I made my purchase from Sam's Club I believe the offer saiid batteries were included. I had to supply my own AA batteries.

The pump did not work no matter what we did. Tested batteries several times. Really wanted this product but DO NOT recommend this brand.

Haven’t tried to refill yet, but works great with the sample liquid soap that was included. Just stick your hand under and you get a squirt of soap :)

I love it! It fits perfectly next to the sink without taking up too much room. It is so quiet and smooth. The soap is perfect. Just a small amount cleans without drying out my skin. It is so much better than the one I had. So happy with my purchase!

I bought the dispenser in Oct. 2024 and it lasted exactly 1 month. I would advise not buying this product. I am having a terrible time trying to get it replaced. I would give it less than 1 star if I could.

I love, love this soap dispenser! This is our second one and the first lasted 10 years The only reason i didn't give 4 stars is that is one and a half inches shorter and smaller around! Still love it! just stick your hand or sponge under the spout and, voila,perfect amount! if you need more put it under again. Also, the amount is adjustble!

We have been so happy with this product that I wished I had bought it sooner. We have wasted so much money on soap dispensers that don’’t last 6 months because the pumps break. I have finally had enough and went with this and I have not been disappointed yet. 😊

Great auto soap dispenser,easy to control volume and no drip feature a real bonus. This unit has been working great for several years . Since Pandemic I've purchased 2 more hands free Simplehuman soap dispensers for my bathrooms. As a senior citizen I feel this to be a very wise precaution. I highly recommend these very reliable units. Note: these require 4 AA batteries.

This is so nice to have for more the one reason. I love that it automatically gives the right amount of soap and my biggest thing is that to fill it is so easy because of the filling hole size as that’s why I hated to fill the soap dispenser I was using. Absolutely love this.
