This dispenser is SO classy! It is a conversation piece for sure. I love how it works - only thing is you need to position it correctly as otherwise, each time you mistakenly pass your hand or object under it, you'll get a squirt of soap. But, at this point I'll never go back to other forms of soap dispensers. It also gives you an option to lesson the amount of soap that comes out in each squirt. I have 6 sinks in my home - all of them have one of these!

I've had one for years and my first one finally quit. I was lost without it. I use it in the kitchen with Dawn dish soap and it acts as a hand soap dispenser as well as convenient for washing dishes. No drippy, messy bottle of dish or hand soap in my kitchen ever.

Glad you asked- I love it!!! It is such a great design- size, shuts off cleanly, adjustable flow, easy to fill, quick dispense, good grip on bottom. Well done! I may order another for dishwashing liquid and I am already recommending it and giving one as a wedding gift and a birthday gift.

So...upon opening and setting up, noticed it very lightweight compared to my previous lysol machine that lasted years, hope i can get the years out of this one, and why the stickers on it that i will have to cleanly remove with goo gone? Also the sample soap pack does not even fill it half way...i did have the foresight to order 3 pk. of refill soap, but i think the sample pk should at least fill it once, esp. for the price!

The best no touch soap dispenser! I really like the option to set the amount of the flow, definitely a soap saving feature that pays off. And the no drip feature, really is no drip. Overall great product, good quality and really looks nice in my kitchen.

I purchased my recent sensor pump to replace the same model. I was very disappointed when my last one died after I cleaned out the soap. It was surprisingly fragile to water. Why would a soap dispenser not hold up to simply rinsing out the soap reservoir? I did not submerge it in water and was very careful to only rinse the reservoir.

Terrible version of the 14 oz soap dispenser. The cap was loose and didn't fit properly into the cheap oval plastic cutout, unlike in the older version which fit snug into a depressed recess actually designed for a proper seal. Overall felt less durable with the use of cheaper materials.

I decided that I was going to put a touchless soap dispenser in every bathroom and in my laundry room. I didn't want to touch a pump bottle any longer and wanted to add additional protection from any one else hands....I knew that simplehuman had a great reputation so I decided this one would be great for my laundry room and I was correct. It is sleek, efficient and looks great next to my sink. Works every time perfectly. Highly recommend this product.

I've bought 12 pumps for myself and relatives and love them. They are the perfect gift and I can't say enough good things about them. The only down thing is don't have your TV remote by one and change channels it will trigger it to dispense soap. I would give it 10 stars if it was available!

This is the third soap dispenser I have had from Simple Human. They seem to work great for about 18 months, then they stop pumping. I change the batteries, clean them out and clean the sensor, without success. I must say that the customer service department for this product is great though. They have replaced my unit within the warranty period. The dispenser is really good when it works and we used it several times a day as it is by our kitchen sink.
