[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoyed using this speaker. It feels really rugged and the sound it produces is amazing. It has amazing amount of bass and depth to the sound. It is a bit heavy to be considered a portable speaker but it really is worth carrying along. It just has so much better and fuller sound and the even though its this powerful the battery still lasts quite a while. The microphones are also pretty great. They feel so solid in the hand as they're fully metal and I only have 2 issues with them. 1 is that they are not rechargeable which would have been nice and the other is that the sound they produce only comes out of the partybox encore. When you link it to another speaker with their TWS feature the microphones sound doesn't come out of the other speaker as well. Im sure this could be fixed in software but this is really the only true oversight I came across. The speaker itself is really a quality item and it feels like it.

This speaker is small but powerful! Purchased because it’s 100 amps similar to its portable cousin and wow does it pack a punch! Love that it comes with two wireless remotes. Set up was very easy and sound is customizable. We use this frequently for karaoke and do not regret the purchase one bit! Highly recommend.

Love how this cute small speaker is so loud! For the great price I got during the holidays, you cant beat it. Download the JBL Partybox app, youll have fun with adjusting the speaker and setting up the lights, volumn etc. It took me a few attempts to sync the tv, phone and speakers but it is possible! You dont need an Apple TV box. Just login to your youtube app on the tv first, make sure everything is linked to the same wifi and bluetooth is on for all items. And it will sync up after a few tries. I carried this to my family's Xmas party. It was easy to carry and move around.

This is a great speaker. We bought this for our grandchildren because they like to have dance parties. They are ages 6 through 9. Turns out they love to use the microphones! Those are a great addition to the speaker. The App is easy to use and even the grandkids can change their colors and so forth. Highly recommend this system for party fun.

Perfect in every way. Great sound and it gets as loud as I chose. The microphones are two impeccable bonuses. I love this whole system. It is worth the price.

This thing has been the talk of the party. Excellent quality, great sound, two microphones! Everyone loves it. Lights are fantastic and optional for turn off or handle lighting levels. Only thing I wish it came with a cable to connect to older TVs. By the way, I purchased a soft cover case for portability and protection. Best purchase I made for 2022.

I would recommend this speaker but it is way too expensive. There are a lot of nice speakers that are a lot less expensive and are just as good. This speaker is pretty heavy and could be so much smaller and better... the price is out of line for the product.

Got this for my live theater biz. Comparing this to a one microphone wireless speaker, I found the overall volume to be disappointing. The fact that I can link it to another of the same model is great - until you discover that the microphones DON'T link to that other speaker. Also, there are NO instructions at all in the boxes, so you have to figure out how things work. And I unfortunately discovered that the speaker will automatically shut off after a few minutes of silence. Which is a catastrophic failure when it happens in the middle of a show, and you have to STOP EVERYTHING and turn everything back on again. This was a BAD decision. JBL is usually top notch. This was top crotch.

Good for karaoke n ready to go. I give 3 stars because Encore Essential has Mic input, wish they have line out so we can link to old model JBL speakers or other brand. Also if the original mics are broken, then there is no eco way to replace them at this time.
