I bought this a month ago and was so excited to use it. I have long straight hair however and the product didn’t work for me. It does dry your hair quick but the curls wouldn’t last me 5 minutes after trying multiple techniques: wet/dry hair, mousse, hairspray, etc. I will be returning.

To be honest, like many, I ordered this as a dupe for the Dyson because of its price point and the review videos I’d seen on TikTok. I’ve now fully washed, dried, and styled my hair with the Shark FlexStyle twice and I can confirm it cuts drying and styling time IN HALF! The power from the dryer is very strong, which I like for my thick hair, but you can adjust to your liking. JUST BUY IT!

I have been using since January 2023 and I love, but it is missing 1 attachment. I would love to have an attachment similar to that of the Dyson Airwrap - Round volumizing brush attachment. It is a smaller round brush that would be beneficial for us shorter hair women! Is this in the works for the future?

The flex style blow dryer and attachments are very good quality. They are heavy and not made of cheap plastic. I bought this for the curling option as no matter what I do, my hair doesn’t hold curls. I have very high hopes but my curls don’t last even 15 minutes. Right after using the curling wand, my curls look great and bouncy! But even with using different products and hairspray, it doesn’t hold. The round brush attachment is awesome though and I do love it! I just wish my hair could hold curls.

As a stylist I really love using this in the salon! The paddle brush presmooths the hair enough before using the airwrap! You want 90% dry cool to touch. If your sections are as big as the barrel it makes it harder to wrap! If you let it cool and not touch your sections until the end you’ll get lasting blowouts!

I bought this after wanting the dyson but not wanting to pay that much, I have long straight hair, after many videos I decided to give this a go mainly for the curling option while it did curl decently once I got to the other side of my head the curls were gone completely! Needless to say I returned it. I’m sure this would work for some with texture hair but not pin straight like mine! Loved the drier and everything else about it though!
