Great product! Simple to use, works as advertised, dries my hair quickly, and, doesn’t overheat in one minute like the Dyson hair dryer I purchased first, in fact it doesn’t overheat at all or require a special outlet or visit from an electrician to accommodate its power to function. My hair stylist uses this product in her salon and she loves it too.

Wonderful product very happy with price, only drawback was the box says it comes with a tool carry bag and it was not in the box,went to exchange at store only to find the 4 left on the shelve did not have carry bag either, so called company and they sent me out the bag for the hair tools Very satisfied with their customer service

I have very curly hair. 30 minutes from wet to dry. It straightens it without looking frizzy. Now I can be curly or straight. Love it!!!!

My wife loves it and she’s using it alot since she received it for Christmas.

I have very long, straight, and low volume hair. I shower at night and am able to use the curling tool to dry my hair before going to bed and still wake up with some effortless waves. When just using the drying feature, it works so quickly and reduces how often I have to wash my hair before it gets too oily. I get so many compliments when I use this.

1. It took THREE WEEKS to get here, and wasn’t expected until next week. 2. In the meantime, I bought a less expensive but still cool ionic dryer, just in case it changed my life. It had basic attachments but not the curler I was dying to have. 3. I liked it enough and resigned myself to continuing to just curl my hair after drying. Canceled the shark order. 3. Received email: Surprise, here’s a credit card charge because your non-canceled shark order just shipped! 4. Of course I needed to know how awesome the curling feature is, so I gave it a post-workout whirl! I was concerned that a) the curlers would be too large for my short hair, and b) that it would be annoying to have to switch curlers for the other side of my head, as this is a big concern for all the "beauty influencers" I've watched. 5. None of my fears were warranted. A) the curler size is perfect, and B) you can simply use the dryer upside down for one side of your hair. So, the other less expensive dryer is good, but it's going back. Yay for faster getting ready time!y

I have been using this tool for a couple of weeks now and I like it. Overall I think is a great tool, almost a dupe for the Dyson brush. I like that the round head brush is much bigger because I have long hair. My only critique thus far is that the bristles on the brush are very hard and almost feel too rough on the hair.

I’ve used the Flexstyle once so far and I loved it. I have fine hair and it gave me volume for days. The waves didn’t last, but I feel like with a few tweaks it’ll be ok. I do have two requests to shark: make a smaller round brush and a softer paddle brush (a la Dyson)

I ended up returning this after two weeks of trying to get it to work for me. I don’t think it works for my hair type (I have fine, straight hair) My friend with a coarser hair texture loves this! Pros: -Dries very quickly -Hair is smooth and frizz free after styling -Lightweight -Less heat damage -Looks & feel luxurious Cons: -Styles do not last & I found that when I slept (on a satin pillowcase with my hair in a silk cap) my hair would revert back to its original texture and frizz -Buttons are in an inconvenient spot -Hair got caught where the styling tool attaches to the base The main con that pushed me to return was that my styles would only last one day even with proper care while sleeping. I would have to restyle my hair daily. Typically, my blowouts & curls last me around 3 days. Additionally, I live in a dry climate where humidity is not a factor impacting the longevity of my styles.

The drying wands were very awkward to use to get the hair to latch on to curl. They were very hot to switch out to go from left side to right side—it should have come with a glove. The three brushes weren’t all that different in styling function, so redundant and unnecessary. Sounded like a versatile styling tool, but it was a huge disappointment—then to make it even worse it was not returnable and no one in my family wanted it.
