I have been using since January 2023 and I love, but it is missing 1 attachment. I would love to have an attachment similar to that of the Dyson Airwrap - Round volumizing brush attachment. It is a smaller round brush that would be beneficial for us shorter hair women! Is this in the works for the future?

This is by far my favorite hair tool ever. I got this last March and have probably used it 900 times since then I’m obsessed with it. My favorite brush is the round brush. It is so good for blowing out your hair and gives you that extra bounce at the end of your hair. The blow dryer itself works super fast and there are different heat/fan settings on it which I love.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was my first time ever using something like this. It was quite interesting. I like the concept of it but I think it is a bit tricky to use and can be confusing. I thought this was going to come with a carrying case of some kind but it didn't which is annoying because now I have 7 loose pieces just laying about. In the manual it talks about a Frizz Fighter but mine did not come with one. I don't know if it was left out or if everyone just gets the same manual no matter what attachments they get. The manual is super helpful and tells you what each attachment is and how to use it. The Shark Flexstyle is very lightweight but I feel like it is kind of bulky in size when fully extended making it tricky to use. It has a very long power cord which I can appreciate. I felt like it made my hair kind of frizzy at first with all the blowing that was happening but throughout the day it seems to have lessened. I feel like my flat iron might have done better in that department. I also feel like my flat iron makes my hair feel softer. One thing that the Flexstyle does better is the curls! It made GORGEOUS curls. I have to use it correctly and get better at it so that the curls hold better but wow was it super easy and they came out so well. Lastly, one thing that really bothered me was the intake fan at the very bottom of the Flexstyle. I kept wanting to hold it around that spot which would then cover the fan and I can't do that. This also caused it to be a bit trickier to use. Some of the attachments and the top of the Flexstyle can get kind of hot, so when you go to change out attachments after using one you might want to wait a little bit. Overall, I thought this product was really cool to use, it wasn't any louder than a regular hair dryer, and I hope to get better at using it. I'm glad I tried it but if you are good with using a flat iron and/or a hair dryer, I would just stick with that.

I have always struggled with styling my hair. I have never been able to achieve curls with any type of iron that I tried. With my Shark, it take 25 minutes to achieve perfect curls that look like a blowout. I finally feel like i can do things with my hair without a professional stylist!

I have had this for a few months, I absolutely hate it. I have thick hair I’m Italian and Puerto Rican and this does nothing for my hair. Doesn’t keep curls— when you think about it. The only people who advertise it are women with thinner hair, usually blonde who don’t experience the struggle of having thick hair. I have tried straightening my hair before you saying the air curling option and I have done it wet and both ways has never worked hurting. It doesn’t help I still just reach for my curling wand instead. Truly disappointed I wish I could return this garbage.

I loveeeee my Shark FlexStyle! It’s seriously a game-changer. The styling tools are super easy to use, and it gives me the perfect curls every time—like I just walked out of a salon. It dries, styles, and adds volume all in one, and it’s way more lightweight than I expected. I’ll be adding a pic to show the results because it’s that good. Totally worth every penny!

Okay so I’ve had the Dyson air wrap. The curls didn’t last at all and I couldn’t justify the price. I bought the flex style and I haven’t looked back. I haven’t used my normal blow dryer in weeks. I love it so much! I will say that the round brush attachment is a bit wobbly at the top. I only did the “pick three” attachments but I kick myself for not getting them all. I really want the brush attachment but they’re on back order. Would recommend 100%!

My husband got me this for my birthday and I don’t know how to explain that my hair now looks salon level every day. I always have had to use hairspray and I in general did a pretty poor job of using a regular curling iron. This is so efficient and effective! I love how versatile it is for when I travel, I can use it as a hairdryer or a curling iron. It performs incredibly well, and it’s pretty quiet! Absolutely love it.

My hair doesn’t hold the curls very well but just using as a blow dryer or to smoothen out your hair it worked incredible! I have very thick hair and usually takes me up to an hour to dry it but using both the dryer attachment and the brush attachment my hair was fully finished within 30 minutes. Haven’t had an issue in the year I’ve owned it. Would recommend for anyone not wanting to spend $$$ on other brands.

This Shark FlexStyle is so easy to use and it works on short, thick hair. It is better than my hair straightener and adds volume and shine. My hair is short, so I do not end up with big curls, I get loose curls and waves and that is exactly what I am looking for. I have very thick, naturally curly hair that is short and I find this tool very easy to use and easy to learn. It dries fast and has multiple attachments that provide you with whatever style that you want from sleek to full curls with ease and comfort. I absolutely love this hair styling system and it's the only one that I need now.
