This hair tool is very useful. My only complaint is that the noise is a little too loud. I have to wear ear plugs when I use it. Aside from that, its great. It does everything it was designed to.

I love my Shark! I have long hair which takes so long to dry with a traditional blow dryer but this drys my hair so fast! It has so many different heat settings which is amazing!

as a hair dryer its great. as a straightener, its great, leaves the hair so smooth. as a flex styler and curler... not good. its also SO LOUD. SO LOUD. I feel like I need earplugs to use it.
