Stops working after 2 years, get the Dyson
DO NOT BUY YOU WILL WASTE YOUR MONEY, mine stopped working only after 2 years, it turns off every 2 seconds and you have to wait a while for it to turn back on. Just buy the Dyson, you will end up spending more money if you buy one of these just to end up buying another one once it stops working.

Amazing
If you are debating on getting the FlexStyle or FlexFusion…GET THE FLEX STYLE. Flex fusion gave me crazy damage that took months to recover from because even in wet mode the plates would still get very hot, and even on the lowest heat setting it got crazy hot. Had to return it and it could’ve been a faulty one, not sure, but this one is perfect! The heat doesn’t get too hot and it dries my hair so fast with no frizz and styles it so well compared to my Babyliss style switch. I loveeeee
Unbelievable, Accessibility Friendly
I had a stroke at a very young age and I have tried MANY products to try to curl my hair with one hand. All of them have been broken promises and I just settled for cutting my hair in layers and sea salt spray to scrunch my hair. I have tears in my eyes because for the first time in 37 years I have been able to curl my hair with no assistance. I feel absolutely beautiful. Thank you for making an a11y inclusive product. Can't wait to try the other attachments.
Disappointed on updates
I bought this after using my sisters for some time. I ordered the curling wands after loving hers. I HATE the new version of these. It doesn’t curl near as well or as much hair at once. The selling point was how fast I got a beautiful blow out look. The new ones aren’t even half as good and take twice as long. Very disappointed.

New Brush Requires
Hi - I love the hair dryer and accessories, but the round brush and oval brush are far too rough to be able to do a blow out. Compared to the Dyson, it does a much worse blow out because the bristles are much harder and latch onto your hair harder. I’d keep purchasing if you make a softer bristle round brush like the Dyson one.

Leaves hair frizzy
I have fine, thin hair just past my shoulders. It is wavy on top and curly underneath. I have tried both brushes to get a smooth blowout and it leaves my hair frizzy. It is also difficult to get it close enough to my scalp to straighten my hair at the roots and is awkward to use. I had to go back to a blow dryer and brush. This was helpful for using after my hair was dried to finish styling especially at the ends but not worth it just for that.

THE WORST PURCHASE !!
The hairdryer is terrible; it has destroyed my hair to the point that I had to buy one from the drugstore and stop using this one. I don't know what kind of technology this hairdryer uses, but it seems specifically designed to damage hair. I absolutely do not recommend using the brush attachment; it burns your ends immediately. I've used hairdryers my whole life, and this is the first time I've had such a bad experience. I had to cut my hair because after the damage caused by this hairdryer, nothing worked to repair it. I'm truly disappointed.

Broken after a few years
Received this as a Christmas gift a 2-3 of years ago and it repeatedly turns off when I try to use the heat function. It only works when it is on the cold setting now. Followed the basic care instructions for any hairstyling tool and did my best to not fold the cord too much but pretty frustrating overall.

Booo, throwing tomatos
I have been using my flex style for over two years. I can confidently say it’s not worth it. A quick blow dry brush is ok in a pinch, but it will never and can never recreate what a round brush does with a blow dryer. Is it not possible to get enough tension to make the hair as a soft and straight as it needs to be. It also will fry your hair no matter how much you dry it in advance.

Awful product
I bought this product about one month ago and thought with practice I would love it. After multiple uses trying to create the perfect blowout i am just not thrilled with the results. The round brush leaves my hair looking frizzy and unfinished after spending hours on it and when using the curling wands the curls never last making my hair look even worse! I really thought I was going to love this product as I watched and read many good reviews on it but with my personal experience I do NOT recommend purchasing this product.
