I’ve been really happy with the Shark FlexStyle. It dries my hair much faster than a regular blow dryer, and I like that it gives me different styling options without needing a bunch of separate tools. The rotating feature makes it easier to use, and it feels lighter and less awkward than I expected. It does take a little practice at first, especially with the curling attachments, but once you get the hang of it, it works really well. My hair looks smoother, less frizzy, and more polished when I use it. Overall, I think it’s a great choice if you want a tool that can dry and style at the same time. If you want, I can also make it sound more like you do in your other reviews—more casual, more enthusiastic, or shorter for a store site.

This product completely exceeded my expectations. From the first use you can see that it is designed to facilitate the hairstyle and make it much more comfortable. It is surprisingly light for everything it offers. It does not tire the arm, even after several minutes of use, which is very appreciated if you comb your hair frequently. very easy to handle. The design allows you to move with ease throughout the head, reach the root well and control each lock effortlessly. Ideal both for smoothing and for giving volume or waves. changing accessories is quick and intuitive. Everything fits perfectly and feels safe, without slack. The controls are clear and well located, so you don't need to read the manual every time. excellent. The handle has a size and texture that give very good control, does not slip and feels firm in the hand, even with damp hair. they come very complete and well thought out. I’ve been using the FlexStyle for about a month and it’s been able to replace multiple tools in my routine. It dries my hair quickly without overheating and damaging and leaves a smooth salon- like blowout. It did take some practice, but it was easy to get there! I reach for it daily!

This product has seriously changed my confidence for the better. Before, I would dread pulling out all my hair tools and take the time to use them one after the other, but now I can simply use one tool to achieve such a beautiful look! I love all of the attachments, sometimes I want curly and sometimes I want straight - both can be achieved with this tool. There’s a handy piece at the bottom that pops off to ensure easy cleaning as it’s just a simple rinse off of the lint. It’s also pretty compact so I don’t have to worry about it taking up too much space. I’ve had it for 2 years now and it’s still holding up. I also don’t have an issue with the noise, it’s not nearly as loud as some blow dryers. Overall I highly recommend this product!

I’ve always wanted a Shark FlexStyle, mainly because it’s designed to significantly reduce (though not completely eliminate) heat damage from blow-drying. When I purchased it, the copper special edition was the only color available. At first, I was a little disappointed in the color and worried it might chip over time—but I’ve been pleasantly surprised. The coating is very high quality, and I don’t see any chipping or flaking happening anytime soon. I was especially excited to try the curling attachments. I have fine hair, but a lot of it, and I didn’t realize I would be receiving separate right and left curling barrels. While I did see two barrels in the product images, it wasn’t clear why there were two. Once I started using them, I found the learning curve to be frustrating. Because I have layers, I had to take extremely small sections and make sure each section was wrapped at the same length, which was difficult and time-consuming. The result was uneven curls that I didn’t love. I also discovered that I really don’t like the concept of having separate right and left barrels. When I curl my hair, I prefer to switch back and forth between sides to keep things even. Constantly removing and reattaching different barrels just isn’t practical for me. I’m sure someone with more advanced hairstyling skills could master this system, but it’s simply not for me. I may try again in the future, but I have a feeling the curling attachments won’t be a regular part of my routine. On the positive side, I absolutely love the brush attachment. It gives my hair noticeably more body and volume compared to regular blow-drying. The dryer itself is excellent—very high quality and much faster than my previous standard blow dryer. It doesn’t create a chaotic wind tunnel; instead, the airflow feels precise and intentional. I have slightly wavy hair, and after drying with this, I only need minimal straightening to get the smooth look I want. With my old dryer, I had to use a flat iron forever because it blew my hair everywhere and made it bend in odd directions. One other major downside is the cord. While the FlexStyle itself is lightweight, the cord is extremely thick, heavy, and bulky. When attempting to curl my hair, the cord twists up constantly, forcing me to stop and untangle it. It doesn’t swivel well due to the stiff bend where it connects to the base. The only way I could prevent it from twisting completely was by holding the cord near the base while curling, which isn’t ideal. Overall, I truly adore this blow dryer—it’s everything I hoped for in terms of performance, speed, and hair finish. The brush attachment is fantastic, and the dryer itself is a huge upgrade. However, two major issues hold it back from being perfect: the heavy, hard-to-maneuver cord and the curling barrel system. If Shark addressed these, this would easily be a five-star product.

I bought mine 15 months ago and have loved it! However, it did suddenly stop working, but when I called support, Aaliyah was super helpful and made the process so easy! She registered my product for me to find out it was still covered under the manufacturer 2 year warranty. She has a new one on its way to me! Thank you so much Shark Support Team!

I bought this product about one month ago and thought with practice I would love it. After multiple uses trying to create the perfect blowout i am just not thrilled with the results. The round brush leaves my hair looking frizzy and unfinished after spending hours on it and when using the curling wands the curls never last making my hair look even worse! I really thought I was going to love this product as I watched and read many good reviews on it but with my personal experience I do NOT recommend purchasing this product.

The hairdryer is terrible; it has destroyed my hair to the point that I had to buy one from the drugstore and stop using this one. I don't know what kind of technology this hairdryer uses, but it seems specifically designed to damage hair. I absolutely do not recommend using the brush attachment; it burns your ends immediately. I've used hairdryers my whole life, and this is the first time I've had such a bad experience. I had to cut my hair because after the damage caused by this hairdryer, nothing worked to repair it. I'm truly disappointed.
