The shark is a really nice blowdryer. I really love the round brush attachment, but the wand it taking some time to get hang of. The noise is same as average hair dryer, so it doesn't bother me much. I have thick hair, so it takes time to get through it. And I haven't figured out how to get the hair to hold the Curls. But love the brush attachment.

The hair dryer itself is nice and the round brush attachment is nice, but that is really the only attachment that makes an impact on my hair. As someone with straight, fine hair the straightening brush is useless for me, and the curling attachments are just not easy or convenient to use. Not having use for the attachments means it really isn't worth the price tag. Using their suggested curling method of high airflow and high heat, the hot air being blown onto the head and especially around the ears is unbearable. Even on the lowest setting it is still uncomfortable and also takes 2-3 times as long to hold for a decent curl. It is also incredibly loud, both with attachments on and even louder without them, to the point that my ears hurt after using it. It is lightweight and I do like the round brush attachment, but for the price it just is not worth 1 attachment. For this price I can get a, blowdryer, round brush styler, and curling iron with plenty of money leftover.

I purchased this and a very comparable product at the same time to compare. This product won out! Not only is the price better, but the versatility was much better in my opinion. The sound was much quieter than my old dryer. This has also helped me keep my post partum hair growth healthy. I do wish it had come with a small round brush, but I believe they have that attachment now!

I have to say this has blown my mind first of all, it’s quiet second of all it’s light and third versatility is outstanding. I did just a quick trial on dry hair and it smoothed it out in seconds. I’ve been dying to try one of these, and I’m so thrilled that I got the opportunity to because I have to share this with everyone. I know the fact that you get multiple brushes and a curling product in it is outstanding. I just love how light it is and how quiet it is. The only thing I wish they did was give you some sort of storage for all of the brushes. That is my only thing that I wish I had. The other downfall is my dog thinks I’m turning on the vacuum every time I turn it on and he’s going ballistic, but I think that downfall. Well worth the price of investment.

( what an amazing time saver) I generally let my hair air dry at night after a shower and a quick towel “dry”, and then wrestle with straightening it in the morning, where I eventually give up and just tie it up for the day. It has been a never ending cycle but this Shark HyperAir has helped the situation immensely. It seems like no matter what hair dryer is used on my hair, whether that be our basic household one or the several different models used by a salon professional over the years, it always ends up taking forever to dry my hair. Even at the most powerful settings, generally about 25-30 minutes. This Shark unit, however, is able to dry my hair in 10-15 minutes tops. From being practically dripping wet to dry, I am so impressed and glad I found something that worked. Also, I may add that it doesn’t damage you hair as a typical hair dryer does. I am thinking the ionized air/ negative ion generator helps with this because my hair has honestly never looked so good after using this unit, the texture is so much better. Not only does this unit do a great job with no attachments on it, but I have found the styling brush attachment works very well with my hair and what I would like my hair to look like after a blow dry. After a traditional drying, my hair definitely still needs to be straightened and probably some product to help control the frizz. However, the styling brush attachment literally takes care of about 3 steps at once and the final product is even better. My hair is nearly straight with it and is extremely smooth, no frizz or fly aways to be found. It also gets about 45-50 minutes of work done in 15 minutes. The brush attachment is that good. The concentrator attachment is also excellent for its specific use. My mom and I figured out that the concentrator attachment is better for her because she likes to use specific hair brushes while she dries and styles her hair so she loves the concentrator. As far as temperature, it seems like this unit works at just the perfect temperatures. The lowest setting is still strong enough to aid in drying, and the highest setting does a great job without burning my skin or hair. The one dislike of this unit is the lack of ergonomics. It is a good size and weight, but there are no grips or grooves to help you hold on to it. I found that it twists around in my hand sometimes, especially when using the brush attachment. However the very long power cord is an added bonus, this is by far the longest power cord I have ever seen on a hair dryer and it is very convenient. The unit itself is small enough that it does not take up much space on the countertop, and it will be very easy to travel with. Honestly it works so well I would travel with it even if it was bigger. I cannot say enough good things about this Shark Hyperair dryer, it is my new favorite product and I recommend it to anyone in need of a hair dryer or just looking to upgrade.

I don’t have to travel will all my different types of hair styling products anymore. I’ll just bring this and save a lot of room in my luggage. Ok so starting with the hair dryer, it works great! It dried my hair fairly quickly. The volume brush gave my very flat hair much needed volume. My favorite is the automatic curler. It gets some getting use to but once you get the hang of it, your hair will turn out great. The hot air catches your hair and auto wraps it to curl. The hot air does not burn you like the traditional curling iron if you accidentally touch it so that’s a big pro. The attachments are very easy to put together. This set is my absolute favorite.
