The dryer failed within first couple of months of usage. The burner needed to be replaced We also bought a washer that we delivered twice damaged. The third one was OK Very disappointed with the quality of the LG products

We had a brand new lg washer and dryer installed in our newly built home. The dryer has not worked for the three weeks we have lived in our new home. Repair people have come and said it needs new parts. Why does a brand new dryer need new parts?????

Dryer, everything is nice and fluffy when he gets out more efficient in my prior dryer. Very efficient and drying items, no touchups. I must have for a big family.
