It's been sitting in our entryway for a few weeks now, because the delivery company (XPO) has repeatedly failed to install it. So this is really a bad review of the delivery company that LG has chosen to use, rather than the product itself.

When we built our new home we decided to purchase the LG Washer and Dryer combo as they manufacture high quality products and they had the features we were looking for. We are extremely happy with both products.

1st new washer purchase in 15 years. All our research indicated LG to be the most reliable washer. The washer is very easy to use and cleans in a very short time. We love these features. And it looks great!
