[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although I have had the dryer for about a month I have been unable to use it until late this week. The first issue was an installation issue regarding the plug. The second electrical issue related to the fact that the dryer kept tripping the circuit breaker. We resolved this by having an electrician replace the circuit breakers. This dryer is extremely efficient but requires more amperage. It was an extremely frustrating experience but was not the fault of the dryer. I love the features and the fact that clothes dry quickly. I would advise purchasers to check with an electrician if they experience similar problems.

I got the washer and dryer set about a week ago and so far so good. Dries as it should and I love that it connects to wifi so that I get notified on my phone when it's done drying. The pedestals are a must though! Makes moving clothes in and out much easier.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had this for about a month. I love the steam feature it keeps stuff from getting wrinkled before it goes in the dryer. I also like that it talks to my cell phone and lets me know when it is done so I can go and move it to the dryer.

Had to wait over a week to get it replaced. This one smells horrible, as did the other one. Why does it stink? I have had two other front end loaders, both Samsungs, and they did not have this stench.

We love that it has WiFi and notifies us on our phone when it has completed drying so you can get the clothes out right away. This is a perfect size for large towels and other large loads as well.

I hade a little problem couple weeks ago, I called the Company and a nice lady help me figuring it out. Very minor issue.. They have a great capacity. I will recommend them to my Family and Friends.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In simple words, I love this dryer! It has a lot of versatile features. Keeping track of what's happening with the ThinQ app is great and works flawlessly. The only thing that has been a problem is with a small load of mostly synthetic materials some of them come out still damp at the end of a sensor cycle. 5-10 minutes done on a manual cycle usually gets those few things dry. One little bit of advice on placement - the washer door opens to the left, the dryer door to the right (but can be switched). If possible, place the dryer to the right of the washer for easy transfer of your load.

I’m very happy with my choose and the settings are awesome and great. There are so many different settings to specialize for your needs and my kids even do laundry that is a plus. AND as a single Mom each load is done swiftly and fast thst has blown my mind

I'm notorious for forgetting my clothes when the cycle ends, but the LG app reminds me on my phone - and it's perfect when I'm outside or working on something else. I love the specific settings for the loads I'm doing i.e bedding, delicates, etc. Would recommend to anyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pros: This is a very quiet front load dryer with many excellent features. It has a good load capacity, and is gentle on the clothes. The ability to download a custom drying cycle is a nice benefit, and we’ve used the “small load” cycle several times. Cons: The control panel on the upper right is not backlit, and the print is not very prominent, so the lettering is difficult to see for those that have some vision impairment.
