[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this LG gas dryer and matched washer 3 weeks ago when our 15 year old Kenmore Elite dryer failed & parts were no longer available. Dryer works well after I mastered the learning curve & am pleased with the various options...adjustable heat, adjustable dryness levels, etc. Clothes come out dry & wrinkle free. Must say the directions that come with the dryer could be improved. The instructions for connecting the WiFi feature are NOT accurate & NOT doable. Will need to call LG direct to accomplish connecting the WiFi feature. Would not purchase if you have a need for the Wi Fi remote operation feature.

I'm happy with drying bedding and permanent press. The notifications to app and Amazon Alexa are nice. But I was disappointed that the only cycle that allowed setting the temperature to low was "delicate", which did not adequately dry heavier items labelled for "low heat" (hoodies, polo shirts, etc.), even when I set the dryness level to "Very Dry". I always end up having to run a second, manual timed cycle to finish drying.

Less than year of use this dryer, keep constantly failing airflow sensor error code shows d80 or d90. Cleaned every corner, inside machine, including house duct systems, nothing works. I loved LG machines are reliable and last longer. I am not happy with technology advances it keeps failing the machine performance. According to LG’s quote “Life is good”, it is great, but my life is very miserable with broken or malfunctioned dyer at the house. Life is not so good! Before you buy the dryer, please don't get excited about advanced technologies, instead do your research and find reliable one that doesn't fail.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can't get any of my loads to dry well. It takes multiple dries to dry clothes and still some are dry and some damp still. Sheets as well as towels loads all tangle in each other, making it very hard to separate, very wrinkled, and not well dried. I have not been impressed with this dryer and regret my purchase decision. Steam settings leave my clothes very wet after the drying cycle is "done." It does have a lot of cool potential features if it were to work properly.

I'm a massage therapist and especially appreciate the Sanitary Mode for the massage table linens. It makes a pleasant sound when the cycle is complete. The spin cycle gets the clothes much drier than my previous machine allowing for faster drying times.

Unit performs well. Our only disappointment is the length of time for a drying cycle. Had the dryer vents professionally cleaned, and still requires about an hour for a normal load. One nice feature is the error code informing us the dryer vents needed cleaning. We like the steam cycle option, though you shouldn't expect this to remove all wrinkles Don't see much value in the wi-fi option. Overall, very pleased with purchase

I am surprised that the dryer runs cool about halfway through the dry cycle when clothes are still wet but have been told this is normal and part of the energy saving feature. Hum... that doesn't make sense to me so I have switched off energy save and started using the timed dry feature and this gets my clothes dryer faster without over drying.

At times the clothes get twisted and don't dry completely the first time and need to be run again, but in general, this dryer does a very good job and is easy to use with good features.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this a couple weeks ago and have been happy with it. It was hard to choose one because most of the top brands had really bad reviews. I haven’t had any issues with this on thankfully. It has a bunch of different settings and a huge drum.

We purchased this a few weeks ago. We don't use all the features but are happy with the ones that we do use. The one thing we don't like is that there's no ability to change the sound played at the end of the cycle. We'd prefer a simple few beeps to the tune that seems to go on for too long.
