[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The versatility and various settings are great and I love getting a message on the phone letting me know clothes are done. With the units stacked, it is a breeze to fold right from the dryer and hang shirts. The wrinkle guard setting keeps stuff from sitting still and getting wrinkled if I'm out running errands, and I can check status of the load on my phone.

After about 1 month of usage, the dryer is working perfect. I did have some issues trying to find a good hot air exhaust pipe to fit this due to it being close to the wall and offset from the exit connection. Ended up using my old periscope pipe due to it being smaller. The original one I purchased (0 to 18") had the overhang go out too far into the path of the washer sitting to the right of it. Also the periscope I did use interfered with the steam water line hook-up so I did not connect. Only really use the dryer for drying bedding and towels. We hang our clothes on an inside line to dry due to the AC and dehumidifier doing the bulk of the drying. But it's working great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was definitely a much needed product for my family. We are a house of 5 who all workout all the time! I needed a dryer that could keep up. My previous LG was fabulous but it was time to get a new one!

I had to get the dryer converted from NG to LP. When the dryer comes on it is extremely loud! Sounds like a blow torch. The appliance guy told me that this is a known issue with LG dryers. I wish I had known that before I bought it. The dryer I replaced was quiet. Don't understand why LG doesn't fix this issue.

To have so many options built in on both is a blessing. You don't have to guess how to wash or dry anything that fits those. Really is one of the best things we have purchased recently.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Has been a good dryer for us. Handles a lot, things dry consistently with all the settings allowed. Quiet too. Only issue was the door is misaligned and latch hits hard - vendor where purchased is replacing the hinge under warranty.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had our previous dryer for over a decade and the only reason we got a new on was because our washer broke and we wanted a matching set. I was skeptical at first because it was an amazing dryer, but I have to say LG has not disappointed. It dries perfectly, it is quiet and the push notifications that can be sent to my phone can ensure that I will never forget clothes in the dryer again.

I purchased the dryer in early July. It hasn't worked yet after almost eight weeks. Warranty claim sent out twice. Last time tech came out was almost three weeks ago. Now dealing with Presidential Lison Team which yielded several texts and no action in over a week. Eight weeks without a dryer or resolution!

Installation was easy enough and I like how the dryer works quickly and efficiently. The different heat settings are great and it dries even delicates well (in a laundry bag). One thing is that lint often gets caught in the door gasket and it’s hard to clean behind it. Seeing all the fluff through the door annoys me especially when I’m unable to get to it.

As the laundry room shares a wall with our bedroom, this is a welcome change; 2. It dries everything thoroughly, even heavy towels and blankets. We used to have to either run another timed cycle with just the heavy items, or spread them out in the house to dry. We're very satisfied.
