We purchase the LG gas dryer along with our LG washer as a matching pair. The drying is so far so good as the quality is as good as it’s brand. However, we found it to be much more noisier than our old LG dryer. It is possibly because it is gas, not electric

It was delivered on 5/19 but it had the wrong pedestals (which I know was not your fault) they were ordered and came on 5/25. Your guys came out and installed it checked it and all was fine. I washed one load which was great but the second load did not finish the dry cycle and came up with the code d80. One of your guys came out and made sure it was installed correctly which it was. They ran the dryer check and all was fine. I tried to was another load and the same thing happened one load good and the next bad. I Had someone clean out the vent. Ran the check and all was well. The next load again came up with d80. I have washed 5 loads and got this code on 3 of them. I have finally gotten some one to come out on Tuesday so we shall see. The check cycle still says it is fine. So from 4/17 until 6/49 I have done my laundry at my daughters house. Sorry to give this type of review but I am frustrated.

I also enjoy the wifi capabilities - the app sends notifications when each load is complete. The design is also very modern, which I love; would recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Own this for a month now and ran 5 consecutive loads back to back and it cleaned everything easily even on cold wash. Haven't tried the steam or sanitize features yet. Everything is really easy to use and setup was a breeze. It takes the guess work out of laundry with these preset. The manual controls makes sense and the wifi feature is a bonus. Not really a selling point. The capacity is great too and can handle approximately one king size comforter/blanket and some smaller bedding but nothing more. I will say that it needs the pedestal or be placed on something though because it is not a very good height for taller or average height people. Having it on a pedestal makes it that much nicer but the additional cost is a bummer. Also making the black cost more than the white seems like a greedy move.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was time to buy a new dryer and at first we weren’t excited about spending a lot of money for some thing that we didn’t think we would notice a difference in. We chose LG for their great technology and positive reviews. We were impressed after the first load! We have only had it a couple of weeks so we are still testing the different options but the favorite option so far has been the reduce static button which prevents the clothes from having too much static. The tempered glass doors are also a great feature and give a higher quality appearance than other brands. When we were looking at different brands we noticed scratches on other doors but the LG had none. It’s nice to have a great product when doing laundry and it’s not the dreaded chore it used to be.

I’ve had LG dryers in the past and have been pleased with their quality. Although I have only had this one for a few months, I am pleased with its quality and functions. I like the ease of setting my own times and temperatures. And the ease of loading and unloading because of the added height with the pedestal is great!

I purchased this LG DLEX4000W dryer to replace an existing dryer. My expectations were that this new dryer would take several cycles to thoroughly dry a full load. Was I surprised. This dryer is clearly superior to my old dryer as all of our clothes were dry after running it just one cycle. I no longer need to use the time dry cycle and run multiple cycles. I can rely on the dryer's sensor technology to know when the clothes are dry.

Love the new features but still learning to use them. WiFi connectivity has been a bonus feature that brings peace of mind and also great reminders for tracking use and any maintenance needed. Love and hope to have this dryer for many years

I no longer have to keep going down to the basement to check on my clothes because the app let's me know when it has ended and the dryer automatically knows what settings I need too. All that technology and it's energy efficient too.

I had my first one for 15 years and it was still running perfectly with its matching dryer when we moved and left them with the house. This LG washer is awesome. I love that I can delay start and hit a button from my phone to change the settings. My laundry is coming whiter with the bright whites setting, I love the quick wash setting. The only complaint is, don’t set anything on top of it. The shine finish is super delicate, we have the dark grey, and it has scratches now from setting some laundry on it within the first week. Other than that it works great, functions perfectly and the WiFi it pretty cool.
