Went and used one of the packages in this big pack today for dinner. microwaved for the recommended period of time, when we served the vegetable, it basically had no flavor. The individual pieces were not hard nor were they limp, they seem to be fully intact a little bit darker green than I would anticipate, but all the same had no taste whatsoever. I do not recommend this product.

I hesitated to buy, because i'm tired of opening the bag to find that 1/3 or more of the weight is stem pieces.... but surprise! There are NO stems, (other than a short length that is normally attached to the broccoli floret) Each bag was the correct weight, 1 pound, for us, each bag is normally four servings. The florets seemed to be individually flash frozen, so I didn't even need to add water to the bowl when doing a quick 2 -3 minute steam in the microwave. One less thing, I have to worry about, trying to buy it fresh and then steaming and freezing it myself, or worse, yet, throwing half a head out, if I didn't have time to steam and freeze it.... highly recommend! 2nd picture shows one full bag still frozen (One pound) 3rd picture shows shows 1/2 bag (8 ounces) steamed.

The broccoli is waterlogged because each individual floret looks like it's encased in ice. This might cook okay if you place it in a steamer basket, but using the microwave will leave you with a watery mess of green.

Found white worms in my broccoli like another reviewer mentioned. Would not recommend.

Cooked this broccoli yesterday and it had worms in it some white ones. Please look through thoroughly so you don't get sick.

We purchased broccoli florets which have more stems than broccoli!

So much water in the bag, I had to drain the bag with a colander. The broccoli was so mushy.
